Must visit roadside diner ...it has its own charm. Beautiful scenic on-route...Great service...awesome view... good food... definitely worth the drive for us.
Been stopping here on my motorcycle for years now. Food and service is always good... when they're open... Been closed during the week for quite a while, which is when I would go. Looks like they are starting to open more again though. Great views of the lake and mountains. They need to fix the area where the dirt lot meets the road. Can make for a hazard for people on a motorcycle. Probably for people with lower cars too.

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The view over the lake is fantastic! Good advice on local hiking trails too. Well worth a visit!
Had their special, a pulled pork sandwich that came with potato salad and grapes. The aroma of the sauce was a little strong but that's my own personal thing, but the sandwich was amazing, had plenty of meat on the sandwich and the potato salad was great. All made to order and their baclava was airy and delicious. Would def come back again.
Mom & Pop places are truly hidden gems and the Lookout Roadhouse is no exception. If one is in a hurry, then this is not the place to go. But if you're not pressed for time, love breath taking views, and are a fan of home style delicious food, then the Lookout Roadhouse is the place for you. Try the Country Breakfast; 3 eggs, home style potatoes, fruit, English muffins, and a choice of protein. Yum! I came with the wife for a date night (morning?) breakfast. Definitely will come back with the kids!
This is the best restaurant in town! The food is absolutely incredible!! We tried almost everything on the menu and it was all delicious! The ribs are to die for! And the pork tamale was fantastic! Then on top of it all it has the best view and service! Bruce was so hospitable along with everyone else. The chef knows what she’s doing! Highly highly recommend!
After our hike at Morgan trail, we decided to stop by here for a breakfast because my friend want it. Nice atmosphere n friendly staff. We did meet the owner of the place n she was cooking fresh from scratch too. Reason for 4 star because it was pricey just for breakfast for 2 ppl ($31). Beside the price, this place offer a very nice view of Lake Elsinore.
Very cool spot with a fantastic view. The pulled pork sandwich was really good.
