Very friendly and extremely great ice cream. So many flavors to choose! And the Agua de Frutas absolutely amazing!
I would rate this place zero stars the girls have a nasty additude and not just that they are judgmental first time coming to this location and never again they don't welcome you they just stare at you with this long face waiting until your ready to order they don't even ask you if your ready they just wait for you to tell them i don't recommend coming here and they are nasty the tables were not cleaned at all and there was this family where the mom was letting her teenage daughter spill her ice cream on the table and after she left the girls didn't even clean it up never ever coming here again
My son can't have dairy so this is our go to place for ice cream with their large selection of non-dairy options. We have yet to find a flavor we didn't think was excellent
Delicious, but pricey.
My husband just got me a biónico, pregnancy craving. Well the yogurt that they put on it was super watery that spilled everywhere! It made the fruit all soggy because it was basically swimming in milk! No cantaloupe and no granola!!!! They only put coconut! Not a good bionico!
Had a pistachio paleta (milk based), and it is my favorite paleta that I have ever had! They make all the paletas in the shop, and explained the process, which was interesting. Also got the tostiloco which was quite good.I came here with my buddy on day 4 of a bike trip when we were hit by 100+ degree temperatures. The owner let us hang out in the air conditioned shop for 6 hours as we waited out the heat, and even kept us supplied with ice water. A big thank to La Monarca for the wonderful paletas and for their kindness. Will recommend to family and friends, and will always be back whenever I am passing through.
Soooo delicious. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be back for some paletas!
Definitely going back. I love the mangonadas. Would prefer more fruits but it’s still good.

Overall this is a great place for ice cream, clean and good service, the only problem products are overpriced I wish there will be more options. Prices are about half If you go to shops around LA area.
