They always short us of our order make sure ypu double check your orders

Ordered off the KFC website. Upon picking up my order I was informed the Strawberry Lemonade was not available. I asked for regular Lemonade, unavailable as well. So then I ask the cashier lady if I can get a refund for the difference as there is an up charge for Strawberry lemonade, and multiple orders adds up. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong, and have an attitude about it.I insisted she look at the KFC website, it was an upcharge, then received a rude response of “that’s not us”..?? So is KFC not KFC?Thanks for the attitude & thank you for shorting my order as well. Extremely disappointed & food was not that good for the price either. The remodel looks good, but maybe invest in employees who actually know the menu & can fulfill the orders complete, & interact with respect.
I ordered a 8 pieces chicken for carry out, when I got home I discovered a long hair in my food. I called the next mooring to file and complaint and request a refund. The manager stated the hair in the food is not uncommon. They said they would call me back to start the refund process. Never received a call. SHAME ON KFC.
My chicken looks like a few bites have been taken. I wasn't given any utensils, no butter or honey. Biscuit is over done. Pot pie was cold in the center.

Long line, but worth the wait. Food is delicious.
We submitted a large sized catering order at a different KFC the evening before for pick up the next day, and 15 minutes before our order was supposed to be ready for pick up, they sent us an email canceling the order. I called this KFC and they were so willing to work with us to help us out and make the order happen. They were very kind and they were able to put it together quickly. We are so grateful to the staff for helping us out in a pinch. Shout out to Esmerelda for all of your help. Our company will be certain to use this location for our future catering orders.
Good food, but if you order delivery and order an extra side, they are almost certain to forget to add it. They need to pay more attention to the receipt and give the customer all that they pay for.
