Super unprofessional I got a chicken sandwich and it had way too much mayonnaise on it so no I asked for another one with light mayo, she grabbed it and said what you don't like Mayo!?? and then told the manager "he said to here was too much Mayo on it! So she came back w a attitude telling me next time you gotta say that when you order it ! I said yeah ok ! I then asked for a side of pickles and she charged me $2.16 for a side of pickles. Not sure if that was the real price I paid it . They should have a better attitude towards customers. The older heavyset lady had a worse attitude that's probably why she's not a manager.
Terrible! Food was old at 11:30am. My biscuits were hard, I couldn't even bite it. My macaroni and cheese was the bottom of the pan scrapped off and the fries were cold. I was so disappointed.

Really good customer service, my order wss shorted a lil food and they went out of the way to make it right. Very friendly crew.
this COULD be a great place because they offer a buffet, but we need more cleanliness and the chicken needs a bit more attention so it's not overcooked. We'll go back again to try it - been awhile since covid. So we will try again and will update my comments if need be.
Very good and juicy chicken sandwich, but the wings were super soggy and inedible!!!
I would put no stars if it were an option. But I submitted a larger sized catering order for 33 people the evening before (submitted at 5pm the evening prior) for an 11:15am pick up the next day. It was for a work function and having the food arrive at a certain time is imperative. At 11:00am the day of pick up, while I was on my way to the restaurant, I received an email from KFC saying they could not fulfill my order and it was cancelled. I tried calling the location several times with no answer. I spoke with a different KFC and ended up fulfilling my order through them instead. They did explain that there are issues with pot pies and that could have been why the other store couldn't fulfill my request. I had no problem with adjusting my order if pot pies couldn't be made. What I have a huge problem with is KFC cancelling on me minutes before my order is supposed to be ready, and not even having the decency to call me directly to discuss and potentially adjust the order. This should have been addressed first thing in the morning, not at the time of pick up. Extremely poor customer service. I would not send my business here in the future.
The kernel is back in business!!! Best chicken sandwich to ever scrape my lips, 4 chicken sandwiches all for half the cost of Chick-fil-A.
I thought their wings were coming made with the buffalo seasoning, but sauce was poured over them..??
