They are highly professional and their delivery was really quick. But most importantly their packaging is just perfect. Regularly taking parcels from this store, never had any issue.Thank you.
Gave it one star because the smoothies are great. Customer service is a bunch of kids blasting their loud music. Not too friendly either. They definitely need to teach their employees better customer service if they want returning customers.
Too bad I didn’t see these reviews. Juice It Upis good- it should always be consistent. So anything other should be a complaint. I give this review one star because I was ignored, by all 5 girls and a man who I think was the owner, for 10 minutes. In fact, I was never greeted, and after waiting the 10 minutes next to the pick up/mobile pick up area, and after all 6 people in line already got their drinks, I went to the register. The girl finished her conversation then just stared at me, I told her I was waiting for an order (obviously-not just hanging out there) and she asked what it was. She didn’t care who I was, she didn’t smile, I’ll never come back to this location. Customer service is number one to me; there isn’t any here.
Two girls working here. One with facial piercings and the other with a brown jacket (no name tags.)No greeting, no smile. They ignored me until they felt like I had waited long enough....like five minutes.Even after I said thank you after ordering the girl with piercings just looked at me.Incredibly rude and unprofessional.I’m losing faith in humanity with every fast food place I go to now lol.What has happened to just greeting a customer snr smiling? I guess the new way is try to run them off so you don’t have to do your job.
I walked out without my drink it took 45 minutes to get a large dragon fruit whatever they have some price surprise sunrise whatever they would have rather have played around and giggled and laughed with each other and played on their phones and make drinks the front lobby began to fill up and they were giving attitude because people were getting upset that they were waiting for drinks that were not being made my suggestion to you is find another spot for a smoothie
This is the worst customer service I think I have ever got actually there is no customer service. Walked in there were five people ahead of me just standing there and I asked them have you guys gotten your orders taken and they said no.. I said hey can we get somebody to take our orders and I was told no with an attitude and that they're doing orders that were ahead of us and I said did you guys already pay and they said no. As a retail manager I would never allow this to happen within my establishment. Come on juice it up you need to do better than this. The two girls that you have working for you are absolutely horrible.

I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews before I went there. It was my second time going and I won’t be back. The first time, which was last week, it must have been the same clerk who doesn’t say a word and just stares at you. He wasn’t very helpful with the menu (it was my first time juicing) and seemed very uninterested is his job. Today was my second time coming here and after waiting 15 mins to give my order (because there was only one person working with 8-10 customers) she told me they didn’t have the main ingredient in the juice that I wanted…. A juice bar that doesn’t have the main ingredients in what they advertise…. I left disappointed and decided I wouldn’t come back. I did find a place down the street that had better service and ALL the ingredients I wanted.
Wow. Whatever you do, don't show up at this location within 1 hr of closing. I got here 35 mins before they closed and the guy in the blue hoodie who helped me was the biggest A-hole ever. Wouldn't say a word, only looked at me until I ordered, then didn't give me a total just stared at me until I asked "how much" and he pointed at the register. I handed him my card and he just swiped and walked away. After he finished the drinks, he said "Here". I get it he wants to go home and probably stared the evening clean up but come on..I didnt walk in at 755. Rude or slow service is what this Juice it Up location is becoming known for. Don't recommend and I will not return.
