my mom and sister went a week ago and the wait was ridiculous, some goth girl had a horrible attitude and to top it off she did a horrible job on topping the bowl and she took longer than she should’ve to make the raw juice ?? dont go here
My husband came in at 8:50 & closing time is 9:30. When he looked at the menu an employee said are you looking at the bowls? He said yes, he was told they couldnt make it because it was to close to closing. I understand 10-15 min before closing but 40 minutes before closing is absolutely ridiculous. We will not be returning to any juice it up stores we will find another business to purchase acai bowls from.
I work for delivery company many times they give me wrong items also orders no straw in the bags wrong tickets for different customers no like report this but my ratings are affected for this now you guys need do better job
We each had a tropical smoothie. Hubby had the lava, I had the coolada. We liked them well, and the price was decent. The service was quick and friendly. It is easily accessible from a wheelchair. We'd go again.

Terrible customer service, they have an employee there with glasses and black hair that needs to be trained on how to speak to people. She did not have a very hygienic/ presentable appearance Did not get her name. Despite the terrible customer service, my drink was just ok. :/
Charged for juices I NEVER received and apparently nobody can help ? I'll never go back!!!
Very bad service, trash in the floor, phone kept ringing and they would not pick up, they just walked around and my smooties were not blended at all.
They were So Very Busy & the staff were Getting everyones orders taken care of!! Great people working there & tasty smoothies
