The chicken was very tasty and the Pico de Gallo is great with great taste and good bit of heat. Good customer service too.

Hands down the best rotisserie chicken around. Their chicken is always perfectly cooked and the seasoning is amazing. This is our perfect go to when we don’t feel like cooking. Also when you can get an entire chicken, rice, beans, potato salad, tortillas, salsa, 2 tacos and 2 large drinks for $30 it’s perfect. This much food will feed us for a couple days.

I pass this place through out the week and finally got around to trying the food for the first time. I ordered the family meal and everything from the chicken to the sides were delicious. My picky daughter ate her food with a smile too. We will return...

There was a long brown HAIR in the burrito we purchased. NONE of the staff wore hair nets or gloves that I could remember seeing. We will NOT be eating anything from Juan's.

Speedy service and completion of order, accurate in items given, well prepared and tasty. Best potato salad in town!!

The best chicken, the best potato salad, excellent rice. Maybe add salt to the beans.El Pollo can eat its heart out.

The food here is great. The staff is always pleasant. Large orders? No problem they provide them with a smile. Stopped in after a long absence. My best friend loves This place! So we got the BIG FAMILY 3 chicken pak!I unfortunately can’t eat here as nothing is organic. If you don’t require organic? Try this chicken! It’s tasty yummy and cooked just right.

Love visiting Juan's when in Lake Elsinore. Yummy chicken and potato salad.

I finally got to the day in which I have decided to stop patronizing this business in my community. I've come here to buy food, especially the 1 lb burrito meal which is not the cheapest meal in their advertised menu. And I'm disappointed and accept that this business needs a business manager that can focus on maximizing profit and meeting paying customer's needs. Every time I've come here to order the meal, they give me the most irrational excuses: they don't have one ingredient or they run out of chicken. And I asked what about the chickens I see there. Their often and rude remark is that they rather sell whole chicken, or the cook doesn't want to shred the chicken because he's too busy. In few words, they can care less what a customer wants , they refuse to serve the burrito but they don't remove the item from the menu. After being told they don't have chicken, this time I can state I will not support this place and they might not care but their business style and lack of commitment is the reason why they are still situated in the same place for years without showing signs that they can be a more successful business. Perhaps, this is how they see their dream of running a restaurant... very poor management style and unwilling to honor what they advertise.Whoever owns and runs this place needs to learn how to make profit and make customers happy.Goodbye

Fantastic chicken. Frankly, tastes like Costco's, but tiny. Maybe half the size.We thought the potato salad is over-hyped. It's good, but not great
