Great Philly sandwich.
Horrible customer service! Last two times we've ordered, they told us 20 minutes until our order was ready. First time, I get to store and they ignored me for 10 minutes, and when they did finally acknowledge me, my order wasn't even ready so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes in the store! Second time they actually gave one of my subs to someone else because they forgot their order and just looked at me like it wasn't a big thing and said they'd remake mine right away. Despite that we tried again today. Called and they asked me to hold and so when my husband arrived 10 minutes later to get the food, not only was it not prepared but it wasn't even ordered because I was still on hold! They never came back to the phone! Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to out of 3 states! This was our last time going here. There's a Submarina and Subway same distance away so I guess we're going back to them when we want subs.
Non-existent customer service!!!Do NOT give your money or business to this place.Rude, disrespectful & unprofessional “shift leader” & staff.Before ordering the shift leader told us about a deal and we said we’d take that! began ordering, when it was time to pay they took it back and said we misunderstood them and the deal was only for online or over the phone! When the 3 of us who witnessed it told them they never said that, the shift leader sighed in my face and walked away mid-conversation!!!Nobody has a clue what’s going on here.
Was 10:10 and the store was closedTried to open the door but it was lockedWorker saw me but she just turned around and had her back to me and continued to dress up rather than make any attempt to openRather go somewhere else than having an experience like that
