Every time I order ahead they don’t make it till I get here, the sprite never taste right, it feels like the air conditioning is never working in here and face most recent time when I went today three employees walked by me standing at the counter and left me standing there for at least seven-eight minutes before someone even came up to talk to me. And once again my food was not ready
“We don’t make it till you order it” is the biggest crock of poo. I just had two tacos that tasted like they were made a few days ago. Absolutely disgusting, the entire thing was stone cold, I took one bite of each taco then they went in the trash, because they were equally disgusting. The shell was so stale and cold along with the inner contents it was very clear these tacos had been sitting for a very long time. The curly fries I ordered also went in the trash. Cold as well. Hot and fresh food at this location is a joke.
I just came from there it took the lady 10 mins to answer me at the drive thru. I called the phone number to see if there was someone there and no one answered the phone of course. I called the second time this lady finally answered me. She could not understand me after I asked her I wanted 2 oreo milkshake and 1 vanilla milkshake and I saw on the screen it shows 1 OJ so I went up to the window. She asked me I don’t know how many times oreo? Yes oreo then again oreo? Yes oreo! Then she took times trying to make them then once she hang them to me they were all dirty. Dripping everywhere so I gave it back to her and left. Dirty and poor customer service. She was touching the cups, caps and everything like dirty!!! Oh yeah I went there a few times at 0500-0600am and there’s never anyone answering at the drive thru. Not sure what those employees do over there. I looked on the window to see what their business hours are and it shows they open at 0430am but there’s NEVER anyone there around that time. I get off work at 0430am and try to buy something to eat before going home but I’ve been wasting my time since their employees are not working! Never going back there anymore. I left and ended up going to Starbucks or Inn n out down the street. Much better customer service and great service as always! Do not go there
Came in the drive thru at 10pm on a Sunday night. All lights on. Said they were closed. Sounds like whoever was on shift just didn't wanna work and knew the boss doesn't use the drive thru to check on them. Google said open till 3am.
Try not to pay with a debit card if u see the kid stearing at your card he prob. Mem. V c. I can't understand why they can just charge at the window without them keeping the card and stearing at it at card at the window. It's on video check the videos. I've worked at fast food places u don't do that.
I was there Super bowl Sunday. No line in drive thru. Friendly. Had what I wanted. Sad though that prices are getting out of control. Would visit again
Ordered a spicy cluck sandwich, it was flat missing items in the sandwich and looked messy when opening the bag. Horrible service
Not impressed one bit. Fast food is pricey enough these days to pay for attitude and cold food and flat drinks. God forbid if you ask nicely or bring to attention to swap out bottles for the carbonation. I don't ever like to and rarely if ever rate places below a 4 but this place after a few times of bad service and food. Yes its fast food but yes you should at the least get what you paid for.
I drove up at 10:53 and they told me they were unable to take my order until 11:30 but it says they're open until 3:30??? What is going on. I was hungry after a long shift at work!
