Excellent service delicious food but the upper management does not staff enough people
Very clean, it's absolutely by the book fast food and service. The only gripe is that it must be a franchise. Everything was about 25¢ more expensive than at other JNB's in Los Angeles county.
Idk if it’s management or what, or maybe just how the employees are feeling the day you go. But some will give you sauces without a issue and others limit you. Like a whole bag of tacos and they only allow two sauces wth? Not cool!!!Be consistent!!! And they didn’t give us our full order!!!!!
Just left and The lady at the window is very rude. I ordered the big box and I asked her to upgrade it to a large and she told me that I could not upgrade my fries to a large and I said OK well I can just not get the fries and just order a large curly fry on the side and she said well then if you do that then you can only get a small box and told me I don’t know what to tell you .she was not willing to do anything at all . Worst attitude by far get better staff
Worst jack n the box in the area. Management is horrible....they didn't have order ready had us move to front of restaurant and then refused to take give me my order .... she didnt give me my order, pushed me out of way to close door Stated for me to leave property and then she calls cops. Confess your wrong....worst of it all is I'm 8 months pregnant she pushed me out of way to close the doors(bruises also on my arm from her) after stating she didn't feel like serving me....
All the staff works hard to fill the orders quickly and the food is good very nice polite people
Poorly managed. I've had several orders missing items. It's a new building but all of the tables have crumbs and garbage on them. POORLY MANAGED
Excellent service and great fast food. I love their all day breakfast and finger foods
The worst! The manager on duty favorite word was, " it is what it is" she couldn't even add the coupons. Some how an $11 coupon meal deal added up to $14. She said it was the tax. I told her simple math should be just under $12. Again she told me her favorite word. I got frustrated and just ended up leaving. I know they're under staffed but that was the manager and should of found a way to correct it.
Place is safe, clean & food hot. Parking is challenging. Could use more staff.
