In and Out has always been my favorite hamburger restaurant. Now, I'm second guessing that. I would never have said that about In and Out. The In and Out at that location was horrible. I ordered a double double protein style burger and a single cheese burger. I asked for mustard as the dressing instead of the spread they use, I don't like that spread. The cheeseburger came with the spread not mustard. They both were absolutely tasteless. No salt on them at all. I mean they nasty. The frys barely had salt. I took a bite of the cheeseburger, no flavor (yuk) the same with my protein style burger, no salt, no flavor (yuk) I spent $13.00 and I ended up not eating either one of them. They were awful.
I ordered a #1double double, french fries and a drink.The customer service is outstanding!! Aidan nice young man at the register, Omar Manager is super nice, friendly, and service oriented, and Hector is super nice and friendly, he brought my order to my table he is a total sweetie!The restaurant is very nice and clean so was the bathroom!!!I highly recommend this In n Out, it’s great!!

I've been going to in n out for over 20 years. I can safely say that I've never had a bad experience until tonight. The burger I received was waaaay over cooked abe the fries waaaay undercooked. The reason why I would recommend In n out is because of the fact that this was the first time ever. Maybe they just had an off night? The staff was great from the order take to the expediter. Will definitely go back though and hopefully next time I get a burger and fries that I are up to the standards that I have grown accustomed to.
For a chain fast food it was subpar compared to the hundreds of other locations I've eaten at. With such a small menu you would think there would be the same quality and consistency thing. Then again. It is located in Lake Elsinore so you gotta automatically lower all expectations. I'm rooting for Lake Elsinore establishment's but they need to put forth the effort!
I don't understand the wait time issue here. We just went thru and it took 40 minutes. 40!! We were only the fifth car back in line. There were only a handful of cars in the parking lot. I could see if it was extremely busy but come on. It's ALWAYS like this. What's the issue here?
I couldn’t leave California without checking out the burgers everyone raves about. I’m my honest opinion, I found the burgers to be a big step above regular fast food but what got me was the service! I’m from Chicago and fast food restaurants treat you rudely. However this place treated you like a valued customer.
As always, but gets a lot of cars at drive through between 5:30 to 6:30, so you know everyone likes a good double burger
