Came for breakfast this morning and had Eduardo as my server he was wonderful the entire time. Very attentive , sweet, and genuine , I will be returning because of him! Food was pretty good too.
Loved there staff so professional & friendly. It has changed a lot. I don't know if it was covid or changed of management. Who knows. But keep up the awesome job guys & ladies. 5⭐???
We ordered the frozen hot chocolate. At first there was no chocolate drizzle added anywhere. After telling the waiter, he came back with a little chocolate sauce poured on top.Food was good.We asked for coffee refill. After 10 minutes, we asked another waiter and got only cup refilled.
Good food there very polite
went in at 3:25 stood by register and all the floor people were doing everything but taking care of customers sad pandemic bring bad service.
We had the worst experience on 09/07/21 and 8am.Our server Reyna only checked on us to give us the food and to give us the receipt. she never came to the table to offer us more coffee or anything else. The place is very dirty and not well taken care of. At 8 am one of the table was already dirty! The walls by the table are super dirty. Wouldn’t recommend this place !!!Also the food is so small! The French toast are small! Other ihop have double the size!
Excellent service, the food came fast and the waitress was very nice I will definitely be coming back!
IHOP isn't gourmet but it's good. This location is the same as any other. It was clean and service was fast. Our meals were all cooked well and were correct.The waitress was nice but forgot my tomato juice that I ordered. When we asked about it at the end of the meal she said they didn't have any. That would have been nice to know earlier so that I could have ordered something else. The tea carafes smell and taste like coffee. Again, it's IHOP. You can't expect a lot from an IHOP.
Just not good food. Service however, was good and friendly. But $40 for breakfast for two was a waste of money. Can't get the taste of burned hash brown's out of my mouth. Dennys quality is league's above this place. Won't be going back.
The manager Jose was super nice and understood the importance of social distancing and help us get us comfortable.
