Yesterday my mom went to this restaurant and ordered a plate of rice and green bean chicken.. when she took a bite of the chicken it smelled bad, and when she opened the chicken it was rotten . The staff knew because when my mom went to go complain the cashier got scared and red. and the chefs also got very nervous and offered her new cooked food and my mom refuse anymore food and got a full refund.
Food was pretty good especially for coming in 15 minutes before they closed. The lady thar worked there was nice the younger girl was rude and refused tip of 8 quarters and handful of dimes.. The POS system didnt allow for a tip and I didnt have any paper money.
This was my first visit to Golden Chopstix. I ordered fried rice. I appreciate that they gave me a generous portion in a Styrofoam container. As I carried the food to my car, the pungent odor of the food was awful. It didn’t have that usual sweet, delicious fragrance of fried rice. When I tried to eat it, the rice was deeply saturated with garlic and soy and tasted quite vinegary. I really tried to eat the rice because I didn’t want to waste it, but after maybe ten bites I couldn’t tolerate the bitter taste and smell of the food, and I threw the entire serving down the garbage disposal. (There goes $11, right down the drain!) I’ve enjoyed Chinese food all over the world and USA, and I’ve never before stuffed fried rice down a garbage disposal. Until now.
Super yummy, like really yummy!! We had the orange chicken, wings, BBQ pork, pineapple beef with the rice and chow mein. Really fresh and we came in the early afternoon. We’ve been craving Chinese food for months and this hit the spot. Looking forward to coming back here again!
A disaster!!! They won't answer the phone ever they say they are to busy! They didn't give me one of the items when I called they said they couldn't hear me because of my mask! Very stressful!!!

I love that they always accommodate my crazy requests. I never order off the line. I like the fun chow. Or the combination fried rice spicy. The egg foo young is amazing.
A few days ago I had to getA delivery for door dashAnd it was the worst experience I've ever had there. There were 3 people ahead of me and when the last person was done, nobody even looked at me while I was still standing there. I had to say, AM I iNVISIBLE? I'm here to get that door dashright thrre . The little girl got the bag and then started listening to another conversation and stopped walking over to me. I had to go and rip the bag out of her hands. Whrre us the management? You need to teach these incompetent workers to be professional and alert and do their job. Its unbelievable how they can even be employed!
The food was okay and so was the service. Nothing stood out as either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. The price is good for what you get. The place was clean considering it was busy during my visit. They have limited dine-in capacity.
