They weren't very busy, but the drive thru still took quite a while. Maybe that's why the fries were chewy (not fresh) and not hot at all. The burger was good.
We showed up to grab some food and when we got to the drive thru speaker, we were immediately told that there was a 20 minute wait and asked if we were ok with it. It was a Sunday, July 3 in the evening so yeah, we were. I was appreciative they gave us the heads up before we ordered.We ordered sandwiches, a salad, onion rings, etc. All was great, hot as expected and we got the condiments we asked for even after having to pull into a parking spot to wait for our food. The food showed up around the time quoted and it tasted great. Def recommend.
This location has severe customer service issues. After my friends funeral his kids and myself went to gamer boys to grab some lunch. There were six people in our party. The first four placed their order and then my friend and myself ordered salads. I added 2 zucchini sides and one fry and 2 onion rings. When the food was served each of the burgers from the fist four orders had zucchini on two and onion rings on two and no fries. Since the items ordered as sides were served on plates with food it appear as if each sandwich came that way. When we inquired on the French fries the one who took the order came to the table and demanded to see my receipt. My order was 89.62 not a common amount . Rather than look at his register tape he took my receipt to the manager who was now showing an attitude at their mistake after several minutes of bickering finally they started to prepare fries. Fifteen minutes later after everyone was done eating I asked where the fries were and said since we were done eating I just wanted a refund. Off to the side on the counter was a plate of fries just sitting there the young man picked up the plate as to offer it to me. It was pretty crummy being their mistake yet getting upset as if we messed up. Never did anyone apologize and when the manager walk out of the store she was muttering under her breath?! Wow customer service was not at that location.
Good food, nice place, but they don’t even have regular half and half for coffee. Not everyone likes those non dairy chemical filled creamers. Seriously, They should get some half and half.
Had a very simple question about my app reward, guy who picked up the phone was rude. At the end, I told him “ok thank you very much” and he just hangs up. How difficult would it have been to just say you’re welcome or “ok bye”?It would have taken less than two seconds to respond instead of immediately rudely hanging up. The bar for employees is literally on the floor apparently. There is no such thing as kindness/ respect or service anymore, ANYWHERE.My first time coming here, I ordered ONE item at the drive thru and when they handed me my food it was barely even warm. It’s always Lake Elsinore locations that are terrible, no matter the restaurant. Expect below the bare minimum when you’re in LE.
I had a bacon burger my wife had the fish platter they were both great they could give you more onion rings though they give you four and it cost $4.99 I mean 6 or 8 would be cool right after all they're just deep fried onions and the cheap ones at that
This is a good FB. The food came out quick, and the staff was friendly. The quality of the food was on point for FB. Next time I am in Lake Elsinore, I will defiantly stop by. They also do the app.
I constantly have to sit out front of the restaurant and wait when I go through drive through. I understand the smaller lanes overall compared to other locations but this is by far the slowest farmer boys experience for miles. Honest average wait time is 35 mins for a 3 order meal.
We love this location of Farmer Boys, because the manager is the best. He works very diligently and keeps his cooks and other employees Happy which.makes happy customers like my family. He IS the best and so are the rest. The food is ALWAYS satisfying
Our Door dash order included mini cakes skillet, farmer omelet, fish platter and 2 shakes. I ordered sugar free syrup and received 2 whole sugared syrups, no blue cheese dressing for the side salad and no tartar or vinegar for the fish. I had higher hopes being it was our 1st time ordering from here.
