To bad the service over shadowed the value and taste of the food. Had to ask twice for tortillas after being given the wrong tortillas with our order. waited 20 min after first asking for the correction. dissappointing.
I like to get the ranchito sampler when I go. This time we fed 4 adults, 2 kids and have a bunch of leftovers but we've fed 3 families and had left overs the last time we got it. So good and such a good price for so much food.
Rude customer service! The girl was so unfriendly, judgmental and arrogant when asking her questions about the menu. The food was good but over priced for shrimp, rice and beans. I paid $16. The staff need to be trained on how to more accommodating and polite!
Ordered 2 nachos. 1 chicken, 1 steak. They both were absolutely delicious! Will definitely order them again.
I’ve been here a couple of time great food and entertainment for the kids with the arcade games but tonight was my last time we order our food at 7:03 pm restaurant was busy we understand and waited and waited around 7:53 I went to up to the cashier only to find out order was never place I requested my money back no apology they said nothing the lady if she could she could’ve thrown money at me worst customer service .
Always good food and fast service. Not the place for dieting. The full plates weigh three pounds.
Tonight was my first time ordering from El Ranchito and the food was horrible. I ordered a combo plate with two hard shell tacos and a side ground beef taco, but all three tacos were cold, and old looking (sitting for hours) and stale. I spent $24 only to throw the entire plate of food in the trash. This WAS NOT a 3-Party, it came directly from El Ranchito (3-mins from my house) and they sold OLD cold food.
Don't recommend tacos were super soggy could not eat threw it away beans cold. Only thing was edible was the rice. So that was the most expensive rice ever. Sticking to only pizza for delivery. Never really believed in delivery for anything other than pizza anyway IMO
The Super Nachos come with your choice of meat and either shredded or nacho cheese. I've been coming here for over 20 years now. The food is consistently good and service is very friendly.
