Chicken is so good. This is our go to when we crave grilled chicken.
Pollo Loco has great food, but I always get a horrible drive through experience at this location.
ordered two chicken and avocado burritos got home and neither of them had avocado in them at all, not to mention that they were cold.
This is the best El Pollo loco in in California and I eat lots of El Pollo loco at least 3 or 4 days a week excellent customer service always prompt friendly can't say enough I go out of my way to go there live in Menifee pass my El Pollo loco to go to the one in lake Elsinore
Got our order, all was correct…however the size of the burritos were comparable to a kids meal…very frustrating being that our order was 90$ it was insulting I will never give my money to this business again, the last time was the quality and now it’s the quantity… they have gone downhill…

It was horrible!! I ordered 3 chicken Tacos with cheese and I got the bottom 9f the Barrel of the chicken and it was hard as rock. Its usually good but not so good the night I ordered.... horrible...
One of the few places that doesn't (usually) mess up your order. Food is as expected and service is how it should be.
