This is at el pollo loco at lake elsinore the cashier not very friendly don't even say hi when she asked me when taking my order
I love this location, never have a problem, they are fast, polite, and get my order accurate. Don’t normally leave reviews but just had the best meal in a while! Lol thank you!
I went thru the drive thru at this Lake Elsinore location on Collier Ave. Ordered a 25 piece family meal from the menu for $25.00, legs and thighs. When I got home, I only had 14 pieces, so I called and spoke to Mario (Mgr) and explained the situation. His response was that they don't have a 25 price meal. I asked him, then why is it on your menu? He said they have a 14 piece meal for $27. So I asked, why didn't the girl at the window or on speaker correct me or say you no longer have the 25 piece meal. His response, I don't know! I let him know I would be contacting corporate office and he said...okay. Really, this is how you take care of your customers when you are clearly in error.

Didn't get my double chicken bowl through drive thru. Really Bad service!!
I don’t know where you are buying all those good reviews ( because you can buy reviews you know)This place is unprofessional even for a fast food place! Especially the employees and the horrible lady manager!!! Negative real stars!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
Great tasting chicken! There's a Popeyes chicken nearby but quite frankly I much prefer El Pollo Loco. The chicken ALWAYS tastes fresh here and the folks that work there are always friendly and helpful, even when we requesting extra cilantro sauce. Great for family meals and very wholesome meals. We like to get the large family pack with rice and it satisfies our entire family. Thumbs up ? keep up the great work!
The food is good. A lot of traffic through this place. The 3 stars is because usually all the tables are dirty. If you ask anyone to clean, it takes forever & I have to end up cleaning myself do my food doesn’t get cold. The counter where you order is filthy. I cannot lay my keys or purse down to pay. You can see how greasy & fingerprints all over. I’ve mentioned on more than one occasion that the counter needs to be cleaned especially with Covid.
$5 pollo bowl is where it's at.
Youll wait some time to get your food. They need more staff. Good flavor
