Young african american boy with a beard took my order earlier today. His customer service was quick and polite so nothing wrong there but while I waited for my order and I would watch everyone work I noticed he was putting toppings on the pizza with no gloves. That and he would only put like half the toppings on them and I ended up getting pizzas with some toppings missing afterwards. Customer service is great but the quality is lacking.
I originally rated great without actually seeing or eating because the staff was very friendly. But once we got home we had to cut our pizzas because they some were not cut at all, one pizza wasn't cut at all and a couple pizzas were not fully cooked. We had to rip our own slices. Friendly staff but the quality was rushed and no flavor ☹
I will be giving no stars in this review due to the fact that zero respect and zero courtesy was givin to me on my last order. I ordered online,confirmed it,payment with PayPal, confirmed the payment. An hour goes by and no call,text,email etc. to let me know my order had been canceled with no reason and a 2-5 day money return even though the order was canceled. I called the store location several times, starting 20mins before they were scheduled to close and no answer. The website confirmed the hours of daily operation. This is absolutely ridiculous. If a store location cannot deliver what it promises then I will continue to share this bad experience with everyone in the surrounding area to help ensure that no one wastes their time and money here.
When the delivery guy came to my door with our pizza, he had 2 boxes. I said I only ordered one pizza. When I tried to get a refund, they said they don't do that and they'll give me a free pizza next time. I'm still paying for that extra one though. They would not help in anyway. Bad service. Pizza was dry and not even worth it. They lost our business. This is not the first of the many problems I've had there.
Don't get delivery.They have called me back on my last two delivery orders. , person not available to deliver.Why then does Domino's offer delivery?
I paid $50 dollars for pizza and soda to be delivered to workers. The order NEVER arrived! The Manager and 2 other employees play a game of answering phones and leaving them off the hook. You can hear everything they are talking about and purposely ignore you!!!! After waiting for hours for order to arrive it never arrived! Hopefully I will get my money back. I asked for a refund. I was upset and voice screaming after being on hold 30 minutes. The manager said come say this to my face ?… wow… yes she wanted me to go to the store to complain in her face. I will be looking for owner to let him know. Especially if I don’t receive my money back. So sad. I am sure the owner is ? unaware of the amount of disrespect their staff gives to paying customers. Wish I could give zero stars!

Love Domino's ?, and usually leave 5 ?s.The store I order from, I give 5 ?s, service, food quality, & delivery are all 5 ?s.The online order app I am only giving 3 ?s to today because there are some 'bugs' in the app that need to be fixed. One main issue I had today is the points toward a free ?.One needs 60 points to earn a free ? .You need to have at least a $10. order, pre-tip, & you can only earn points once a day.I had 50 points before making my order today. My subtotal for food and drinks was just under $20., and that did not include the $4.99 delivery fee, the tax, or bottle deposit. I was well over $10. pre-tip. At the close after checkout I saw a notice that Domino's was sorry..I did not earn any points this order.(Even though I met the requirements, as I stated above). If Domino's app would have worked correctly, I would have earned a free ? on my next order. Hopefully all the 'bugs' get ironed out by the next time I use the app.~
Tried to order online. I put my address and it said they don’t deliver here anymore. We used to work at this location and would deliver out here all the time, more food for less money. Yet now they charge more money for less food and deliver to less places. Wild.
