Chicken tacos had a smidge of guacamole like a quarter of a teaspoon and when i told staff they disregarded my complaint. Spicy chicken burrito was 2 pieces of chicken and the rest was beans. friends food also had no guacamole. no point in talking to staff as they had already disregarded previous complaint and we could hear them loudly complaining about regular customers
Food was fresh, service was expedient and very polite staff. Great prices and tasty food.
I just went there tonight and ordered a couple different things for the family I will say that California burrito is the driest burrito I've had in a long time they used to be really good at this place and now their food has gone down in quality. The carne asada fries had less meat than before. Like a year ago. Honestly places in Lake Elsinore are starting to go downhill it is really sad because we had some really good restaurants and fast food eateries and it seems like everyone's just getting super cheap around here.

Very poor customer service. I have not had a single pleasant interaction with this del taco. They are very rude and they profile their customers. They treat you based on these stereotypes and have no problem making their customers feel like they aren't wanted

I ordered a #1 with sour cream on both taco's. They charged me exactly $0.60 extra per taco, coming out to $1.20+ tax without giving me what I ordered.I called the number on the receipt and the manager of this shift at 2pm on 12/03/21 answered the phone. I started to complain and management did apologize at first. While listening to my complaint the manager decided to tell me "if you think this job is so easy, why not come do the job yourself". I informed the manager I have worked in the food industry it's not that hard. She then proceeds to yell at me and then hung up.I call back, she instantly hangs up the phone, I call back again to a busy signal. Finally got through and the same manager tells me to call corporate, I ask for the number and she rudely says google it.So guess what I did, I called corporate as instructed by the management.This is not the first time this has happened to me. Many times I have spent money at this establishment and not received my items, I know for a fact I am out at least $100 for the year 2021. Most of the time they don't answer the phone. If you bother showing up because they messed up your order, they give you dirty looks and are rude to you.I have kept all this to myself until now. From now on every time my money is stolen from me because of their lack of interest in their jobs I will post a 1 star review and call corporate.This is absolutely a disgrace by your management team on how they conduct themselves with their customers.
Terrible service. Ordered a fiesta pack. I asked for soft tacos with beans no meat and they gave me hard shell tacos with lettuce and cheese. The beans in the burritos tasted burnt. The lobby is suppose to be open till 9pm but was closed at 8:30pm. When I went back with the tacos they thought it was funny. Like some joke they can play on their customers. But it was discriminating and brainless. Gave me new tacos and said we don’t know who and why this was done. Never coming here again.
