Placed my order online with ease. I was a tad late picking up the order.Chili's was a smooth experience, no shaming for my delay.Their food was very good as expected. Dressing, sauces were on the sidewithout requesting. Perfect! Professional from start to end.This was the best, the easiest food take-out/pick-up experience in 50 years!
I ordered cajun chicken pasta and got dry pasta with tomato and parmesan instead. I dont know what that is on my pineapple and waited for over an hour total. Then when I went inside to be told that my food still isnt ready and they were waiting this entire time for bread lol yeh ok! best part, my bread was ice cold! threw out the dry pasta and pineapple. looks like I'll be driving to murrieta or temecula from now on because this isnt the first time this has happened. last 3 photos are from a prior visit
I stopped here after a soccer tournament with my 4 children. 2/3rds of the tables were open but dirty with dishes and a 45 min wait. We put our name in but went to use the restroom anyway. I was so apauled and blown away by the employee yelling at my daughter in the restroom. Should have read the reviews here first. What restaurant employs people who yell at and berate children in the restroom regarding a private conversation. I think Chillis is understaffed in the worst way Honestly! Do better!!!
Ate here last night with my family. My son order the kids Mac n cheese and woke up sick. My sister and brother-in-law are now sick as well. Feel like the food we ate was bad as my son told me the Mac n cheese tasted weird
Spent 40 bucks on a dinner I didn't like the big mouth burgers way too salty. And bartender he just yaps too much waited for my check for 20 min while he yacked it up . Patiently i waited and he was taking his sweet time. No tip for him. Will never go there again

Couldn’t get their app to work while sitting outside the restaurant. After 20 min, I called asking the most efficient way to place an order. I was told she could take my order but it would take 30-45 min to get to me due to their busy time frame (4:52pm) & I could stay parked in my spot.She came out 20 min later to run my card & I noted a mandatory minimum 18% tip ($8.00) field that had to be completed or I couldn’t pay for the food. I explained I didn’t understand the 18% tip field when they were just delivering food to the car, not providing drink or any other service. I explained that the app had a 15% mandatory tip field. She did not respond / politely left.5min later my food arrived.
Server ATO needs to work on doing curbside pickup. Making me wait over 20 mins. This is the third time I have trouble with curbside pickup. I didn’t even get an apology for waiting for so long. Im calling cooperate tomorrow
Eat at your own risk. This restaurant was inspected by the County Health Inspector on October 19, 2021, and received a failing grade of 82/B. Among the 12 violations, two employees didn’t wash hands; some cooked chicken, guacamole and corn were at unsafe temperatures; the dishwasher wasn’t dispensing sanitizer; a handwashing basin didn’t have hot water (a repeat violation that the inspector said could lead to a citation if it happens again); a floor sink at the bar was clogged and the floor was covered with water; and multiple areas needed cleaning. This was the restaurant’s second failed inspection in almost exactly one year (it was closed for two days last October because of a cockroach infestation) so it now faces an administrative hearing.
Went to have a nice family lunch, got there took 25 minutes to get a soda to drink, ordered chips and salsa, took a really long time for them to come out. Finally got the chips and salsa and there was a hair in them, notified the manager and all he said was he’d take it off our tab. Next we order our food, I was the last one to order but my food ended up coming out first, and everyone else’s took 20 minutes after that to come out, I asked for Alfredo sauce over 3 times and finally got it after half hour, no joke. My food was extremely cold by then. As I’m eating my food I’m about ti bite down and another hair is in my food. I used to love coming to this chilis, but I will not be returning. FYI LOOK AT YOUR FOOD CLOSELY!! ?
