My FIRST TIME, trying their food, Murrieta, Madison Ave, CA.I finally tried it.....and here is why I only gave 3 Stars; my chicken sandwich was not even lukewarm! What the heck?Ok, we do not want to burn our tongues but it should be much, much warmer. I am showing a photo with the bun top off, so you can see that it is not melting the cheese. Not good. The French fries were very hot, freshly made. The chicken tasted good but again, I wonder how it will taste when actually hot. ? I am not a fan of cris cut fries but ok, they were good. I did not like the orange Fanta either, but that is probably Fanta's fault or is it a dispensing machine setting problem? It was wayyyy sweet and not much Orange taste.The employee taking my order and the one handing me my order were very friendly. Place was somewhat busy inside but outside drive through had a long line, as usual, as I always see it, while driving down that street.
Me and my coworkers eat here multiple times a week. This location is usually always great. They get you through the drive through quick and they are usually very attentive to the details of your order. We have some picked eaters so that's important. They are also very friendly and polite.
The chicken is not so good for me,it tastes more like seasoning than chicken
The drive thru is horrible, they have two lines and they always decide to only help one lane , and put the rest of the customers on hold for a long time . Seriously was there for a total of 10 minutes, had three cars in front of me, while the left lane took care of 6 cars that arrived after me!!! Horrible service .
Beware they will serve you soggy fries and they will not honor your request for well-done fries anymore. I have been to lots of Chick-fil-A's and this one has to be the worst service ever. A food quality is always subpar. I love Chick-fil-A and I wish this one was better. However nine times out of 10 my fries are soggy and disgusting, this Chick-fil-A has also messed up my order a few times. I had a free brownie on the app. I ordered it and they took my points but then I did not get my brownie I live too far for me to drive back to complain over a brownie I was getting for free.
I love chic fil a its one of my favorite restaurants. But I went to this one in particular and it was terrible. The chicken in my sandwich looked like a small chicken strip. In addition my hash browns were completely torn apart into smaller pieces and they were soggy. I actually didnt even finish my food. I called the restaurant when I got home and my only request was that they stop serving those poorly made hash browns and the manager said ok.I think I'll stick with the Murrieta location from now on. 0 stars for their food quality.
The fries need to be salted.And the customers need to have respect before they get themselves involved drama .Better than mc Donald's .
I love the fact that their employees get Sunday off. It doesn't hurt that their chicken sandwiches are great. Love their lemonade frostiez.
I gave you a 2 star as 2 of my last 5 mobile orders have been either been made wrong or flat out not even made! Today was the final straw when is showed up and 1 or 2 of my mobile orders was made and the second was never processed. Today's issue was the App, however the other 2 times this month where products I paid for that where never placed in the bag. If you look at my Google reviewer account I DO NOT leave negative remarks on any of my reviews but this has flat out become a recurring negative taste in my mouth when I leave your establishment. I'm sorry but I can't continue to buy your products as this is becoming a majority of the transactions I make that I regret giving you my business!
Sauced up a chicken sandy like they do on TikTok. Woowweee! I was able to make my own secret sauce salad. If they only sold this sauce at the supermarkets. The only downside is that it is close to Costco and I am eating those footlongs from there every day. 10/12.
