Small, out of the way place, but the food was absolutely delicious. In fact, I can't think of any upscale restaurant that tasted better. Friendly staff too. Can't wait to go back.
If you are really, really hungry DO NOT COME HERE. If you are really hungry for GOOD TRADITIONAL HOME COOKED FOOD, this is the place, the key is to be patient and wait, it is not Fast Food, it's GOOD FOOD
I’ve driven by this place so many times and always thought about stopping to try the food. Well, my boyfriend and I finally did! I’m sad that I didn’t stop in sooner! The staff was friendly and welcoming! And the food was tasty! We got carne asada fries and 4 different tacos, chicken, carnitas, pastor and cabeza! We will be back to try something new!
Rustic authentic Mexican fare. Delicious and the prices are great. Portions are pretty big! Absolutely loved the chicken soup!!
Chilaquiles leaves something more to be wanted. Very spicy, and the tortilla chips were soggy. Everything is oily. Chicken tequilas were delicious and crispy. I had the Gordita with cabeza, that never disappoints. Beautiful view of the lake with Mexican food reminiscent of just how abuela makes it, delicious and lots of oil.
The food is so good here, it makes you feel loved. And the servings so generous that you can share them and the love. My favorite are the flautas, but everything I have had is DELICIOUS!
Big servings. Good price..and really good food. I'm surprised this place doesn't have a huge line every time I go. Hidden gem.
Was feeling super cruda this morning and knew a tasty pozole would make me feel better, Abuela's Kitchen DID NOT DISSAPOINTI ran in on my break from work was in such a rush I forgot my card but thankfully they accept APPLY PAY!front cashier/cook is the sweetest and muy simpatica! hacen la mejor comida mexicana in lake elsinore y son el mas cariños!

The food was awesome, The chilaquiles were better than I ever expected and not to mention the tacos were so good especially the carne azada and cabeza, some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time,prices were very accessible and the service was great!
