Great service and wonderful atmosphere and food.
I wish I could give 10 stars. Loved the food and the staff. The lightly smokey aroma really set the stage before the food arrived to the table. Favorite appetizer is the crispy onions, WR tri tip was sooo good and finished the evening with the butter cake. This is now my local favorite!!
My family and I really enjoyed lunch here on the patio. The grilled salmon tacos were amazing (along with the Newport Lemonade ?). We’ll definitely be back next time in town. Our server Skyler was very attentive and polite.
I eat plant based vegan and was pleasantly surprised with the options and the overall consciousness of the menu. Enjoyed the cauliflower tacos and the street corn without cheese. Both were fantastic but still drooling over the street corn. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the restaurant for doing the simple things of having vegan items.
Wrote a review sometime ago, when this restaurant was known as knollwood. Expected something different. Very expensive meal. Alcohol is cheaper than food. Same long wait time as before. Bunch of folks sitting around at 11:00 in the morning drinking. Nice atmosphere, friendly folks. Just expected a bit more bang for the buck buying a $14 hamburger, with thousand island dressing and mushrooms, and a plate of beans.
First time visiting this past weekend and we were soo glad we came here. We were a party of 8 and of course we did have to wait on a Saturday night but We were offered drinks and delicious bread for the little kids in our party. This definitely made the waiting time go by faster. Our server Larraina was incredible. She made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. She even made our kids enjoy their time. The food was tasty and had great portion sizes. The only thing I would change was that the Margaritas were on the lighter side; You couldn't really taste any Alcohol in them. But other than that, It was perfect.
This place ROCKS! Ordered 3 meat dinner...double tri-tip and ribs. Quality just as good as the RSM & Irvine Spectrum locations. When I don't have time to cook..this is my go to for BBQ!
We had a party of five adults. Everyone ordered something different and it was ALL good. We attended Christmas eve for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the quality, taste, presentation, atmosphere and (a rarity in these times) amazing waiter(s). No joke. This place stands high in all the categories one usually looks for in a dinning venue. Definatly worth checking out.?
Wood Ranch has a great casual ambiance and delicious food. My kids say the chicken tenders are the best they’ve had. My personal favorite is the Natalie salad with chicken. So fresh and has the perfect combination of ingredients. Love having WR in our city!
