Don’t order with the mobile app. If you do make sure you make an account because if you check out as “Guest” they don’t make your food. I ordered ahead and when I got there they told me they didn’t make anything because it was under “Guest.” Then they proceeded to act irritated as if it was my fault..? This was a breakfast order. They did try to make it fast but with irritation.

Been using the Taco Bell app for ordering for months now. It's so convenient. I place my order and press the "I'm Here" button when I'm a few blocks away and by the time I walk in, my food's ready a couple of minutes later. No need to wait for a cashier to come from the kitchen nor do I have to place an order. It really speeds up the process. Love it! Just tried the nacho fries. If you love seasoned fries and cheese, you'll love this special treat, especially at $1.

I work for home depot and periodically I'll run over to taco bell and the service is horrible and the employees seem bothered when asking a simple question. Stay away from here.
