I cannot believe Starbucks came this low!!! Actualy I do!Stores across Orange County (including this one) are closing early without warning. They walked to me at 01:00 PM (13:00) and told me that I need to leave becuase they had to close the store. Just like that!Some stores dont even open.Millenialls and generation Z are the worse worke force ever. They dont like to work more then they should, put extra time and or go the extra mile; and they expect to be rewarded regardless.And to add to that, for years now, Starbucks has been brainwashing and training his Milleniall staff to make them Progressive Liberals. They create a "Monster", and now, either you "Feed Them" (open your stores according to the "Monster" needs), or FIRED them, and hire real workers.Starbucks is getting what they asked for! Enjoy it!

This is a great Starbucks located on the corner of Alicia Parkway and Pacific park Avenue in Laguna Miguel California..... 1st of all it is a very large Starbucks . Open from 5 AM to 8 PM... Right outside there's a fountain area with lots of chairs and in the same shopping center several places to eat.....Dwayne is one of The employees here who always does a great job and is very polite fast and efficient... Today I met Billy and Kelly and They were also great and provided fast service.... Highly recommended 5 stars
Used to be one of my favorite Starbucks location. Unfortunately after the pandemic there’s new baristas and is not the same. Poor customer service, coffee dont taste the same.
Supper friendly and helpful staffs who really deliver top of the line customer service. They deserve a bonus Starbucks! Outdoor seating is also perfect for a morning coffee.
Just tried the new Apple Crisp Machiatto
SB's seems to finally be trying harder to appreciate customers (at least at this location). So much better with furniture back in store. Catering still to mobile orders which makes for a much longer wait time for any in store order. That situation needs to be remedied.
Service in this store is great. Workers here are very pleasant all the time. The barista named Dwayne is always very pleasant and provide excellent service. He also remembers our preferred way to make our coffee. Thank you for that.
I was in this Starbucks this morning and I was given the best customer service my server was very friendly and polite the coffee shop was very clean the prices were very reasonable. I will return.
So happy this location is open again! Customer service is fast and friendly.
