Tiffany in the drive thru was the best. Very friendly and complimentary! I appreciated the morning chatter and that sure laughed at my dumb jokes!! She even complimented my mismatched morning attire!!

First time In this location...great customer service

meh. Out of stock for two common items. Nice people but let's get it together SB- I frequent two other stores nearby and they don't seem to have the issues this location does. Management ?

Mobile orders ruin everything ?... it takes forever just to get one drink. Not worth the wait... forgot my drink 3 times while trying to dine in.

i work nearby & now i’m screwed due to not only the convenience of the location but the staff here is the sweetest & so helpful. Lord in heaven help me because i’ve been going sometimes twice a day & all the team members i’ve encountered go above & beyond. on the rare occasion my order is incorrect they always happily rectify the situation & i leave happier than if my order was right. this am my coffee cake looked like a bite was taken out of it (likely it fell apart being warmed) & they gave me a whole new one. the team members here are five star! my only sadness is they haven’t gotten more peppermint syrup to make my favorite drink & are often out but many places are dealing w shipping & backorders; i work at Calo across the street & we have been back ordered on certain tequilas for too long. love this place, their food & drinks but the kind & helpful staff really elevate the experience! yay starbucks rancho!

Great people. Poor experiences. Closed 4 times in the last 6 months I've been there for who knows what reason. Product outages consistently as well. Dunkin around the corner seems to always be open during business hours..just sayin.

I would like to share an experience that I had at this Starbucks today. I accidentally ordered my Drink and Food at the Starbucks near my house and I did what I would do if it happened at any other Starbucks. I work across the street and I walked over and showed them my receipt. Told them I accidentally ordered at the wrong place. After they made my drink and food Abby asked to see my receipt again after I already showed it before they made my order. I thought that was strange. Then before she hands me my food she states that she was told by someone that this has happened to me several times and if it happens again she will not be able to honor my order. She said it like I purposely placed my order at the wrong store. I work across the street so sure this has happened in the past but not anytime since the pandemic. I went online to see what it says on Starbucks website and they are suppose to make your order if you order at the wrong store. That was not only embarrassing but also terrible costumer service. I will not order from here again! I will contact Starbucks costumer service like they state on the website and tell them how I was treated, because if they don't honor your order you can contact customer service and make a complaint.Update: Talked to Steve the manager he handled the situation very well.
