This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I usually go to the Starbucks in Santa Ana off Bristol next to my work but I had to run some errands today so I ended up coming down here. I usually buy a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappacino as it is my favorite drink so no suprise this was the item I purchased at this Starbucks. When I got my order and took my first sip I immediately could tell this was the best Caramel Ribbon Crunch I ever got.
The employees are very friendly always make my drink extra good!
Restrooms are not clean!!!! Very messy and dirty restrooms! Other things are good

Unbelievably patient staff walked me through my first complicated order the other day. Coffee was great service was fast.
I have to say it's honestly always an exceptional experience everytime I come to this starbucks, the staff is wonderful, personable, and super friendly especially Andrew. He is just amazing, such a wonderful and awesome person. He provides the absolute best customer service experience. He definitely deserves a raise.
