The baristas here are on point and they are also very engaging and friendly!! Definitely moreso than other locations around. Many people like to hang out here, work, have coffee meetings. It's a hopping neighborhood spot for sure.
This Starbucks is pretty good. The music they play is soothing and the atmosphere is soothing. There is outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi available. My only complain is that sometimes people don't clean up after themselves so the trash is sometime left from where they sat. Cleanliness is important especially in these times so it's the responsibility of both the customers and the workers to provide a better environment. What I'm trying to say is PLEASE CLEAN UP PEOPLE.
Love this Starbucks! Always gets the order right, rarely is their a line and amazing staff that's always polite and early in delivery.
Super slow. I was waiting in front of them for a drip coffee and I got no love. I waited for 10 min for something that usually takes a 15 seconds.

They hired new staff and they're not trained at all. Keep re-asking the order for 5 times and still getting it wrong, seems like some of them don't even know drink titles like latte, etc.Another thing is their new touch screen order system - you spend a minute or two waiting at the counter for a staff member to click a million buttons on the screen to pay for a cup of espresso. Efficiency anyone?Folks, you represent a frontline of a publicly trading billion dollar company. You do have resources and time to train staff to sell $4 coffee.I wish there was another coffeeshop across the road with a decent service so you would feel the competition.Get your act together and I'll gladly adjust my review.
They didn't make my Chi Tea right you know when they get lazy on the 5 pumps they needed I actually asked for 7, I asked for a remake because it tasted Like I bought hot milk for $5 instead they made me wait in the back of the line I'm never going to this location again I got a refund and told them it's not right they made the mistake not me they shouldn't have made me wait Now I'm late for my appointment.
Bought banana bread, date said dec 10.....it was February 13 !!!! 2 months later, so i questioned it, girl said it’s good 6 months after....my daughter ate, said tasted funny !!!!!! .. i called customer service and they said no!!!!! The date on package when it expires
