Used to eat at Rubio’s all the time before Covid, but I’ve been waiting for the salsa bar to be back before going regularly again. I always stop by when eating at Board and Brew to see if it’s back so I can start going again.. Just went in today and it’s STILL closed, which is ridiculous at this point. I’ve gone to numerous lunch buffets over the months, yet a simple salsa bar is still closed? Until it’s back, I won’t be eating at Rubios.
Great customer service ...and delicious food. They are very accommodating to our food requests. Love coming here.
Was pretty good. Enjoyed my fish tacos as usual but the beans were bland and no salsa was provided even though the cashier asked.

Fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious and the customer experience I received from Chasen was outstanding! He made sure I had everything I needed and was so kind even though it was busy! Will definitely be eating there regularly.

Incompetent employees. This is the 3rd time we have had an issue with this Rubios messing up our simple order. The entire staff seems to be completely incompetent. Can't even do a simple job. Food is always mediocre at best. Find another option, like Sancho's tacos, you will be much better off. Ridiculous. And P.S I have contacted your so called customer support but no one has contacted me like promised, so what customer support? There is none.
