The server, while not wearing a mask and drinking water out of plastic cup, told me they do not give out free tap water anymore because of COVID... I was told that I had to buy a bottle of water if I wanted water with my meal. First and definitely the last time I will be ever going to this place.Check out Pho the Bowl down the street instead. Wonderful food, service, and all-you-can-drink tap water.
Used to come here a lot. Never again. When I walked in two couples were finishing at the tables. They leave. The tables both sat with trash and leftovers forever, employee never cleaned up. After I ordered she said 15 minutes. 7-10 others walk in after me and she wouldn’t help anyone! One Grubhub pickup couldn’t wait any longer so he left leaving his customer without their food. One guy came back to get something that they missed on his order. My 15 minutes turned into 40 minutes! And then the only employee at the front is handling transactions, the phone and food without washing her hands or switching her gloves!! I couldn’t eat the food she packaged after she touched the phone and used the same hands to get all the condiments (limes, sprouts, etc) with the same hands touching money and the phone among everything else. Very unsanitary. I won’t be back.
We had Pho soup and it's quite good. Same for garlic noodles and spring rolls. I like going there for creamy hot taro milk tea. Right drink for a cold day.
Really craving a good pho lately & was really pumped to try it out. Arrived around 7pm, no one was there except on couple eating in, ordered our meal for takeout. The lady explained there would be a 20mins wait due to short staff in the kitchen- we totally understand & happy to wait. We sat outside, time passed, went back in to check on the food. Same lady asked if we are picking up/ordering, I explained we already ordered. She looked confused & so did we, they forgotten our food :(Over 1hr passed, we got our food...about to leave but had a feeling something was missing - we ordered 4 things & only got 3. Went back in & had to explained its missing 1 appetizers, a few back and forth but finally got it sorted out.Walked out with our 4 things after 1hr 15mins. Definitely Not a great experience and sadly not coming back.Everyone else after us got their food & that same couple eating-in were done eating and about to leave!
This place is such a great little joint, i eat here all the time and get the vegan dishes!
Waited 30mins then they realised they didn't record our order so waited another 15mins. Got our order and they forgot part of our order so we had to go back again. Would not recommend and won't be returning.
Didn’t know the chili in the sandwich was super hot. I can eat medium to hot spicy but chili in the sandwich was way more than hot spicy. My throat was burnt and I have been coughing for a week.Nothing special about the food there, just like everywhere else
The ban mi was super tasty, had a subtle curry flavor to the pork, but what I really loved was the size of the sandwich! Lots of ingredients and you really get a half of a baguette which is huge! Definitely going back for another in the future.
Great place. Broth is awesome.
As a Vietnamese person who eats enough pho to know, the brisket was too thick. I have never seen brisket pho that thick. Not pho.
