Our local coffee shop has lost its way. With the recent shift in management, from someone that knows and cares about not only the coffee, but also cares about people (staff and customers), to someone that now appears not to care about any if this, the experience our community has enjoyed for years has unfortunately deteriorated dramatically. The hours are limited. Staff aren't trained properly. Wait times are long. Drinks aren't made properly. Management has attitude. To senior leaders at Peets - I hope you address these issues so our community can regain its coffee shop.
Good coffee but very slow service. There was one employee who noticed my wife's annoyance at the situation and came over to us. She apologised for the wait and gave us an expired coupon for a free coffee. EXPIRED. I don't think I'll be back to this location anytime soon.

Their house brew is very strong, and very delicious. I normally don’t have any cream for my coffee, but their coffee is so strong that I always add cream. But it’s really really good. I love it!
I have a fairly simple order of a coffee with some add shots. Each time I come here, even when ordering ahead my coffee sits by the barista for 15 minutes while I wait for them to pour in the add shot. I don’t understand why this is the only store that does this me. Last month I stopped tipping because of the wait.
