went very early (last month) when they opened after 5am and donuts were not all ready and the ones I did try were very greasy and oily - one glazed and one old fashioned
I went the Niguel Donuts for the very first and last time today. For one thing the website shows one price and the board on the wall showed another price. I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich, the price on the website is $7.50 and they charged me $9.95, and the turkey was not very fresh. They said the website was updated last month but I checked it this morning and it showed the price at $7.50. The donuts looked awful, not like the photos on their website and the interior was not that clean. It was also hard to communicate with the people behind the counter.
The donuts are fresh and not overly sweet and soggy. hard to find them like this! especially for the sugar glazed ones.
After watching the documentary Donut King. I was craving donuts. Donuts were fresh with a wide variety. The place was very clean but the thing that stood out the most was the extremely friendly service all workers were enthusiastic. Thumbs up. Niguel donuts
Lady working was very pushy. Made me the wrong coffee twice when I explicitly said “black iced coffee, no milk”She spilt in almond milk, then tried oat milk. Left spending $15 tasteless breakfast sandwich and a overly sweet cup of coffee that I proceeded to pour out
Staff lied, so unfortunate. I used to love them but I think they’ll be out of business soon.
I bought a dozen donuts and they didn't even give me an extra one baker's dozen. The donuts aren't very good.
I've been coming here since '86. The donuts have always been good. Recently there has been in ownership. The donuts are still amazing. The only thing thing I can say constructively is for the staff not to assume a repeating customer is going to order the same thing.
Go early as they do sell out. The apple fritter was tasty
Super nice and friendly staff, Chery is totally awesome. Great prices and quality. Much more reasonable than many of the other local donut shops.
