Been here multiple times. Every time say I am not going back because it is so slow. Impossibly slow. So so so slow. Been waiting here all day. Makes no sense how slow they are.
The bowl I got was delicious but the service was pretty bad. I walked in, smiled, and said hi to the cashier and she just stared at me. I looked at the menu to choose what I wanted and she proceeded to turn around and work on something without saying a word. I waited until she was finished to order. I myself have a RBF but I try my best to at least say hi to all my customers as they walk in. Like dang girl, at least say hi back.
Wow this place is a joke!! I was told to order online when standing in line. What’s the point of coming in the store? Get rid of all your delivery apps and get your in person customer service right first
Not fresh oranges . They use orange juice . The building is super humid and hot
I've bought a ton of bowls and juices here. You actually get your monies worth compared to other places. I order from my app to save time.
Terrible service. Took quite a while to even order our food and it wasn't crowded. Then after we order it takes another 10 minutes to get our order, and they also forgot to make one of our smoothies. Would not recommend this location if you expect to get your order in a decent time.

Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to teach their employees. Also having two people working there when there was quite a few orders and making people wait 35 minutes for two drinks is a little absurd.After going to surrounding stores around there and getting lunch to come back to find out the drinks weren’t ready we were told they’re just toldThey’re busy busyNo apology or anything. I would think before lunchtime and during lunch time you might want to hire or have another person work.
