Jordan is the best! Helped us out very throughly and explained which one is his favorites. I recommend him because his customer service was over the top and did not rush us at all. I wouldn’t go here unless jordan was working and the food btw is amazing!
Always long wait around 6-7pm. This time spicy beef katsu was not as fresh .. extra oily greasy and oil must have been old.
Ordered signature roast pork and was charged $11. Menu board and online pricing says $9 and couldnt get the employee to correct the bill.
Rude staff. Lady inside was extremely unfriendly. No iced tea yet there was an iced tea machine. Tried to charge me for sauce. Get home and open my order and they stiffed me on the rice. Supposed to come with rice. Please will be going out of business soon. Adios muchachos.
This is a hard one to describe. The food was tasty, the staff was overworked, the restaurant looked a mess because of the staffing shortages. But there are other stores of this chain that look about the same. So I recommend that you order your food, and that if they have outdoor facilities, be sure to take advantage of them.
I love this restaurant but I give it a 1 star because they close so early. Even when their hours say they are open until 7, today the were closed by 5:15pm it’s bad for business and turns customers off because they never know when they are open. Also their night manager lady is extremely rude to customers and is not welcoming or personable. They have great food and lots of potential.

Love this place and mist locations are consistent with their freshness and quality of food. Get the Mahi Mahi with pineapple salsa. It's the best!
Nice place to try something different and explore. I ordered the garlic shrimp and noodles, which was filling and good for starters. Establishment was clean and service was friendly.Also, prices are fair for portion size..Thank you!
Excellent food! My only complaint is that you can't use their restrooms. You have go outside.
