Not only are the prices not worth the horrible Food but the customer service is even worse. They have never gotten the order right for my family every time something is wrong or they forgot something . I don't know what's going on but management needs to find some employees that can do this basic job without screwing everything up
Didn't have the light lemonade that other McDonald's have. Didn't have any alternative diet drinks beside cola.

I'd like to start by saying, I know I know... It's McDonald's, what did you expect? But seriously... Onions are not the same as lettuce lol. I asked for lettuce wrapped burgers, gal said we don't do that. I asked since when (genuinely just curious, as we have definitely ordered them here before) she said always. "Hm okay. Well can you just add extra lettuce?" "Sure," she said. Get home... That is definitely not lettuce. So many onions it burned haha. Oh well. Lesson learned. Order as is or go to In n Out.
The coffee tasted burnt. We arrived at about 8am. The sausage McMuffin was hot and tasty, and the potato pancake was definitely freshly cooked not sitting on the warmer. Sadly I really needed a cup of coffee and it wasn’t even drinkable. I wanted to go back and switch it for a latte, but I didn’t have time.
Strawberry shake was returned because of bad taste ... Tasted like blended strawberry jam and ice cubes. ?
Ordered through app for curbside delivery. Waited for over 20 minutes. No one delivered the food. Had to go through the drive through to get my food. 35 min for McDonald's. Give me a break.
I work on the road and sometimes this place is most convenient lunch. This will be the 4th time I have asked for a deluxe cheese burger and have gotten two patties and pickles and onions only. I don’t know why I keep getting that but it’s weird and I’m over eating here. I’m asking for a $13 meal and not even getting half of what I’m asking for.
This app constantly asks me to rate McDonald's. My wife is a retired member of McDonald's upper management and she has told me that the goal was that every McDonald's is the same quality of food no matter where you are. I have eaten McDonald's in South America, Asia including China, Eastern and Western Mediterranean, Euorpe and the Middle East. Its always the same quality and the menus might be a little different depending on the region bit it's the same amazing takeout you'll find in the US.
Horrible, cold food. Usually a consistent experience. Not recently.
