Last couple times seem to be deteriorating in service, food and quality. Serving seafood dishes with over half still closed after steaming. Just seems the last few times it is consistent in the wrong direction. It will be a few before we come back which makes me sad cause it used to be awesome.

Food was just OK nothing special. It had very little flavor and the tomatoes tasted old. Will probably not be going back to this restaurant. Better Italian restaurants out there.
Food is always consistently good. Service is also usually great. Tonight, not so. Perhaps the waitress was new. Slow to come to the table so we could order water & drinks. Forgot water, had to ask again. Waited quite a while to be able to order. Meanwhile, the couple across from us also having issues with service. Heard non-stop complaining from the woman. She got up & asked to see manager. He came over to their table. Couldn't hear all conversation but I heard ice not given, tea refills, etc. Think he offered them some kind of compensation. Her loud complaining was very annoying as it was almost through the entire meal. Then when main courses came, no salad that we normally get first. They have lots of wait staff here so this is not the norm. Plus wasn't quite as crowded for a Saturday night. We will be back but want to be sure we get a waiter we know as we dine here often.
The food was very good. We had to sit outside because the inside was far too loud. The service was good but the waiter was very young and probably pretty new. The food came very quickly
We live nearby, has become standard for securing a reservation via OpenTable when wanting good Italian food. We can always find an open spot either inside or patio. Service is usually very attentive, with lots of servers. Occasionally it can be spotty depending on the date & crowd. Love garlic toast served & you can keep asking for refills at no charge. Also interesting people-watching place due to the variety of types & age groups. Lately, we have been there 1 x month but this month 2x. My husband loves Chicken Alfredo, I try different things. It is in a small shopping mall on LaPaz. Never have any problem finding parking. There are other stores there that are convenient to visit at the same time: Home Depot, CVS, Sprouts + more. It can get a little noisy with big groups but not usually a problem. The bar is also very active though have not sat there. big screen TVs to watch games. Noticed this evening they have Happy Hour but not sure of the days & times. Prices are medium to a little more.
