Very seldom does an owner walk up to a table to ask if everything is satisfactory. We had a wonderful experience treated to amazing cuisine and an awesome band with more then fair prices and no cover! We decided upon Knoll's because of the live music and was blown away on how good the food and service was. Highly recommend if seeking a fun night out with friends or family.
So much fun and amazing food! Not an easy task with such an extensive menu but not at Knoll’s. Had a great time on a Tuesday with live music, great food and excellent service.
I treated my mother to Valentines dinner and I made it clear this is our first time here. The dinner was great, but two days later I noticed my credit card was charge twice. No problem I call and was told it’s pending it will come off. It’s March 2,2022 an ask to speak with manager on duty. The manager Ms. B that all she gave me for her name was not customer service friendly. Ms. B didn’t over talking me not listening and really just wanted me to hear her out! Not patience, not Knowledgeable on handling customer service. Very very poor management!!! Ms B was so Annoying on the phone over talking me I had to hang up and just deal with bank. Ms. B I’m sure your company has management training and policy on good customer service? It’s time for you to take a Refresh class!
I will drive from Irvine just to eat the "chocolate bomb." Chocolate and vanilla gelato in hard chocolate shells, covered in whipped cream with cherry drizzle. Omg. Also, rest of the food is delicious, atmosphere is dark and jazzy (although not a jazz club), and great live music (but not raucous).

What a great find! My wife and I stopped in last evening to meet friends for a birthday celebration.We got there early and sat at the bar and listened to some great Steely Dan music and savored our well prepared drinks. After a few drinks the other two couples and birthday girl arrived so my wife and I moved to a dinner table. Great service, clean and pleasant environment and killer ambiance. The lobster bisque soup and bread were amazing as were our entrees. I had the shirt rib entree with mashed potatoes and asparagus and my wife had a grilled chicken salad. Superb. This was our first time here and we were sold. Definitely will be returning.They have bar, indoor and outdoor seating and the staff are all courteous, friendly and pleasant. Friday and Saturday each week they have music which was great. Small dance floor but hey it's all goodHighly recommended

This was my 1st time going to Knolls. We setup a bday party for my friend there and they were so helpful throughout the process. On the day of the party, the staff and owner were amazing!!! We felt so welcomed!!!! The food was DELICIOUS!!! The Bam Bam shrimp was incredible. They had life music and the band was also great! They kept asking what we wanted them to play. Seriously everyone at Knolls made us feel like VIP. Thank you so much!!!
AMAZING! I've seen the reviews and I had to go see myself. My reviews are very strict. If I give a positive review, it's deserved. I wasn't paid, nobody bribed me and many times, I'm shocked at just how positive some are.This is one of those. It is truly the place to be. Live music, relaxing, but incredible vibe. You don't feel out of place at all. So much fun! All bartenders are incredible! We loved our service from Tony, as well as Chris. Incredible service!As a female, sometimes, female owners can have attitudes, especially in this business. This owner was so kind! Took time to visit with all patrons, very respectful and genuine.Food, drinks and service was top notch. Add the incredible service, live music, dancing and wow! How did I not realize this was here!?! Classy and relaxed. The best! From one strong, independent female, to add another, I love seeing this!
Knolls has a very welcoming atmosphere. The food is great and they have a good selection of house craft beers. The customer service staff is first rate.
