Just order from here and they forgot to put the mashed potato’s I ordered and paid for. I wasn’t offered a receipt at all nor was it put in my bag but no big deal, I just drove back to get them. Even though I had literally just been there and ordered and was talking to the same woman and no one else was there, the woman argued with me about it and was very disrespectful and rude. Her manager came to see what was happening and was condescending and patronizing. I offered to give them the same card I paid with so they could look up the order as well as recapped the order several times when asked (all times he interrupted me) and they still refused to give me mashed potatoes. Literally wasted 25m arguing with 2 of the most rude people over KFC mashed potatoes that I bought and just wanted to eat. Should not have been a big deal. I left without my mashed potatoes
I have loved KFC for decades, including from thisrestaurant location but lately their chicken has been awful, some of the worst KFC I have ever had. The sides still tasted as they should, but the original recipe chicken they recently sold me tasted nothing like the KFC I have eaten most all of my life. I wish someone from their corporate office would check it out and get their issues corrected. The staff was polite and efficient, just the chicken tasted terrible.
This san juan kfc never has wings or most other chicken on hand and you have to wait. Always soggy and bad service.Most times i just drive further to aliso viejo. Much cleaner there also.
This place is hiring for just about every position. They only had two people running the entire show and still managed to provide decent customer service. Good service and good food.
Absolute worst! Chicken was way too greasy, didn't get my chicken tenders on an 8 piece Fill Up, didn't get the honey mustard I requested, driver got lost. I will NEVER eat at this location again!

Every time I've come here the order has been missing items. Missing a gravy or a cookie? Not the end of the world. Just price of doing business with drive through. Today, I spent $30 and when I got home I only had $15 of food. Missing sides. Missing cookies. Missing gravy despite ordering and paying extra for it. Small pieces of chicken. Hope things change.
