After flying out to California the first thing my kids asked for was InNOut burger. So right after we got our rental car and left the airport we headed straight to In-N-Out. After waiting in a long line we finally got to order. After we got our food we headed outside to eat it and noticed our order was slightly mixed up and they forgot one of our shakes. After going back inside and letting one of the In-N-Out team members know about the issue they gave me what I was supposed to have and my shake along with some In-N-Out secret sauce. We all ate our food and enjoyed it especially after not having it for the last two years. They don’t have In-N-Out in North Carolina where we now live. I bet if they opened some out here in the East Coast it would be a hit!!! Hint Hint come on In-N-Out time to come out here.
First time ever at In N Out burger, as I am new to the west coast. They were SO busy tonight. I sat there patiently waiting for my number to be called for my to-go order and I watched the team in the back seamlessly work together. Fast food chains- seen em once you’ve seen em all. Wrong! I was so amazed at how everyone was working so hard and cohesively. And they were so kind to me and every person they took an order from/gave an order to.
Better and cheaper than that place where you find five guys. According to some, they make fries "wrong", but you know what? I and many others think they're awesome, they're fresh and straight from a potato, so if you don't care for them, don't order'em. Best thing is Double-double w/grilled onions, or get a single if you're not so hungry. Shakes are great too.

Freshly prepared beef hamburgers. Wonderful fries and onion rings. Great American food place to eat.
The burger Pattie’s are super thin and small. It’s sad in n out has made such a sizing error. Habit single is more satisfying than in n out double double.
Staff is friendly and efficient as can be. Food is delicious, I especially like thier fries well done with my animal style double double. Yum! Drive thru line is super duper long. Be prepared to wait.
Food was great. Drive through was a bit long, but that's because the food was great. Staff did everything in their power to ensure the best quality service.
It’s so good, because it’s the best. I lived in Pennsylvania my whole life and this burger makes me feel like I wasted precious time not eating much food
