Ok…think about the amount of food you get for a 2 item combo at Panda Express for roughly $9. You get about the same amount here for a highway robbery of $15. Was the food good? Meh. Not really. NOTE: I’m incredibly easy when it comes to food. Anyway - It’s ok food for a ridiculous amount of money. Go to a Panda for cheaper or find a take out place somewhere else. This place leaves A LOT to be desired.
11.50 for lunch including chow mein. But it was just half chow mein and half white rice. It's all fresh. But no chicken! Barely any on my Kung Pao. It was all vegetables.And there was no taste. Bland on everything from the noodles to chicken to egg roll. Won't be back.
Bad habits is what’s being done around here. Carrie their server / boss don’t care about any customer service. Lazy chef is one of the better descriptions for this Chinese restaurant.Small portions is what you get when you order from their generic menu.Cole egg rolls is what you get if you order from Uber eats. Extra saliva served when you complain about the service or food. They will act nice and say so sorry we can make you one more same dishy!
If it wasn't for the fact that the food tasted good, I'd be leaving one star. Extremely low amount of meat for the price, and the they have the galls to ask extra $$$ for more meat.

I had my food delivered via DoorDash. Cream cheese wontons, spare ribs, sesame chicken.I was excited to try, due to so many great reviews.I don’t get it, my food was not good. The spareribs were tough and devoid of any flavor and the same for the sesame chicken. The chicken had a freezer burn aftertaste. The only flavor was the slight sauce covering it.I threw the leftovers away, it was that bad.I am sorry for such a bad review but it is honest.
Stopped by this restaurant to give a try. It’s a small family owned restaurant with a friendly staff. Ordered the Chop Suey, Orange Chicken and Chow Fun. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, thought it was like an overpriced Panda Express, but the food exceeded my expectation and fairly generous portions. Will be returning.
Great food, my all time favorite is pork fried rice. It's a big meal when enjoyed all by its self! Also love the Garlic brocolli. Large portions are standard, pleasant and quick service, order by phone and 10-15 minutes later, it's ready to pick up. Count on $10.00 per item, the quality far surpasses the price, which is fair. I've been eating here for 20+ years, no reason to stop.

I had to write a solid review for this restaurant because they deserve a much higher rating.I grew up on NYC takeout, and this place is the closest thing to Mott. St./Canal st. .I ordered via doordash, however, the restaurant didn't confirm the order so I called and a friendly voice, Billy, assured me that my order was received and will be prepared.When we got our food, I was salivating because it smelled so good, opened up the boxes and everything looked perfect, and if it didn't look perfect, it sure tasted perfect.This restaurant is very consistent, but tonight, the my father's day dinner was extra special because Golden Dragon went above and beyond my dinner expectations.
