TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE.Never give you any utensils.. If you ask for some they act like they’re losing money for every fork they give you. Party of 7 and only gave us 3 forks and 5 napkins. When I grabbed napkins, manager was very rude and told me she would give them to me. When she only gave me 6 in the first place. Terrible and I will NOT come back ever again. Also writing a letter to their higher ups.
This place is now awful. Ordered 2 Pollo bowls that were so salty they were inedible. The staff couldn't care less. Basically told us they don't make it so too.bad. shocking!!!! Worst staff and management ever!
They forgot part of my order on numerous occasions. Food is okay but they can't seem to do the bare minimum of checking to make sure they give you everything.
This place I enjoyed everytime long while age. Recently this store management is really cheap and sucks. Old Hispanic guy got Wrong order and wrong amount charge and I ordered Coke, but didn’t put on my ordered. He always says “It’s okay” that’s it all he saying that and got me wrong charges and wrong ordered and makes me feeling bad to going this place. They need to have more education to getting the right order and give more respects how treats the Customers have feeling better and have enjoying foods and have good moods in inside places. Their manners are getting worse so We chooses not to go this place anymore. So cheap and not good attitude~
The food is great. The service sucks. No matter how many times I tell them they get my drive through order wrong. I don't order anything special. Right off the menu. Get to the window and pay. Then they tell you to pull forward and park and forget about you. Then you walk in and they still mess it up.
Drive thru cashier was rude, no sauce on order. Ask for some sauce and she bring only 3 and shut door quick don't let me ask for napkins ?
They did pretty good and were quick, but they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home.
I'm not a fan of fast food, but I make an exception for El Pollo Loco. I tried one of the new salads, one that had chicken and avocado. It comes with cotija cheese, but I asked them to leave it off since I'm lactose intolerant. They made the salad without the cheese, thank goodness. The lettuce was fresh the avocado was ripe and the chicken was hot. The dressing was served on the side. It was just what I wanted.?
I've been going there forever. Most of the time while on the road, I find a restaurant. It's simple, fast, convenient...never get tired of it.
This Laguna Niguel location has the worse service I've seen. During lunch breaks, drive through orders take priority over everything because they don't have room for more than a few cars. So, if you want to eat inside around lunchtime get ready to wait 15-20 minutes for your order. So much for Fast Food.
