Asked if they had anything gluten free. There were 3 workers standing around doing nothing, and of course not one of them knew the answer. One tried to make a guess, which is even worse than not knowing because if you get sick from ingesting gluten, you don't want to risk it on someone's guess.Being a "healthy food" place, its such a shame the owner doesn't get the restaurant/chain trained and certified by a celiac associated group.Celiacs use the Find Me Gluten Free app to find restaurants that can accommodate.This place misses out on a ton of business because I regularly go to a club nearby and would love to grab lunch after, 2-3x a week, and my options are limited,so celiacs like ne often become regulars at the same handful of places that accommodate us and having a good review on the FMGF app directs other celiacs visiting the area to the places other celiacs find to be a good experience without getting sick.Celiac has no cure,so you can't just not eat out for the next 80 years of life.Luckily, my group was able to dine atEl Pollo Loco and the salad is only 350 calories and lots of other options are on the celiac list that pops up when you Google gluten free options at El Pollo Loco.
Poorly managed. Inconsistent hours. Constantly close early. It seems like high schoolers are actually managing this store with the experience I have had. Additionally when ordering to go I have had several experiences where the bowls were not filled.So went again again tonight around 6:45. Sign was on showing “Open”. Two high school girls basically told me some sob story about some emergency. Said they closed at 6:30, but again open light was on and door was wide open. Sounded very made up based on the body language displayed.I am off to Açaí Republic again as their hours and staff are consistent and always extremely customer focused and kind.I recommend Açaí Republic over Earth Bowl. Maybe management can fix this store.

Place can be hit or miss in terms of service. We ordered a bowl online and when I got home saw that they had covered the top in cinnamon, left out ingredients, and hadn’t filled the bowl. It was also more melted than it should have been.

When you first walk in, there is no clear sense of where to stand in line or where to pick up your order. The employees are not helpful either. I placed an order through Uber eats so I could pick up my order and avoid all this confusion. When I walked in, about 10 mins after my order was marked as completed, they had not even started making my order. I don't feel like this was worth the $16 I paid for a bowl.
I tried this place for the first time yesterday and can't wait to go back. The Blue Majik and Acai bowl I had was divine. (You can choose two bases for the small size) The base and all the toppings were high quality. They have low sugar and gluten free options too. The man at the counter patiently explained all the ingredients to me and gave me a sample. Highly recommend.
Love this place. Just wish I could order the Chi Pudding, on its own. Use to be able to.
