great service good food.
This place is great. Comfortable chairs! Great drinks! Service at your seat!But unfortunately the “going to the movies” experience is not what it used to be. Went to see Dr. Strange 2 - guy next me came in with a drink, ordered popcorn and nachos then proceeded to fall asleep and snore (comically loud). We moved but you could still hear it.How can you deal with this? It really makes the movie experience not great. I wish management was a little more proactive on dealing with situations like this. It makes me want to stay home and wait for the HBOMax premier.

I live in Riverside and spent the day in Laguna and wanted to finish the day at the movies. I purchased tickets on the website but it must have refreshed or something because when I went to the theater little did I know my show was for the day I purchased the tickets not the day I was visiting Laguna. The manager was quick to accommodate and we got great middle seats for a show on the day and the time we wanted with no hassle. Myself and my party were not expecting the other services that are provided but we were surprised and impressed by the quality and the accommodations throughout the show. I enjoyed my time at this theater, the staff was friendly, the show was good, the theater really was luxurious, and we had an excellent time.
A great place to catch a movie. They no longer have the check-in kiosk, so we had to flag down a server to find out which theater we were supposed to be in. Also, they no longer have the caramel corn. But the seats were good, as were the service and the food. One of my favorite places for movies.
This is an amazing luxury theater experience and we had a great time. The serving staff is fantastic and everything was great. The only downside is that the price is a little steep but you do get what you pay for and their food was great.

First time - it was a very fun experience.Helpful service and very clean. Very comfortable chairs that are grouped in twos so you have space. Food was very good. I was surprised...truly nice restaurant quality. I got the lobster tacos with the elote corn, and a Ginger Jack to drink. (mule with Jack instead of vodka). All of it was delicious. Honestly I would go here just for the food.We did get some candy - I would skip that. It is generic brand in their own packaging. Not bad, just not what we were expecting.Popcorn is free refill and they serve it in a big metal bowl for you to munch on. OH, and they have free refills on Icees.Cost wise: $18 bucks for two tickets. All the food & drinks + tip: ~$80. Obviously you can get away with cheaper.

The theatre itself is lovely. The upstairs bathrooms are very nice and the downstairs are marked handicapped, so make sure to be mindful of where you go. The theatre showing rooms have ample space and and leg room to stretch and all of the chairs have a small table you can eat on. Staff serves you while you are seated so you don’t have to order at the front desk when you come in.I watched the front desk here, an older white male in a suit talking with a younger redhead female, completely ignore two customers of color at the front desk tonight when they walked up to the counter. I heard one of the customers of color apologize for asking for a ticket and watched the front desk staff, specifically the older white male, completely ignore them.The younger redhead female eventually stopped her conversation with the older white male and helped the two customers of color. This was after about 3-5 minutes of waiting.A white woman and her daughter walked up at the same time the two customers of color were waiting and the older white male on staff looked up and immediately addressed them right away and helped them with their questions.This was my first impression of the company culture at cineplex luxury theatre and as a witness, I can say that it was uncomfortable to watch and it felt unprofessional. I hope the staff receive better training and instructions on how to treat all customers with respect and inclusive customer service, as the front desk staff represent the face of the company.
