Bug in the food. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary
There are 2 sisters whom work at this locationEasy to tell look exactly a like and have same accentThe sisters/ employees are of Persian decent. The one whom works the counter daily is sweet!Today the sister was at the counter and I asked for a order of tacos she pull up one taco when I said a order of tacos were 3 tacos she got fustrated and literally just walked awayHer sister came to make the order.Learn your job ! How do you walk off while a customer is trying to order ?????
I had the worst experience ever. I had a new employee who took the biggest spoon without draining any of the fluids and just slapped it on the tortillas I had 2 tacos and a burrito and it was so sloppy made, she didn't roll at right it all came undone, and leaked all over my new car and when I walked in the house , there is a trail going from my car all the way into my kitchen dripping, she only put it in one small tiny bag she stuffed a huge burrito on top of my little soggy tacos and she smashed them they were so wet and gross,Paid just under $20. for such slop. What a mess and no one helped or watched over her work that she added so little meat on my carnitas taco, and about 2 cups of guacamole on each with less then a teaspoon of the meat. . It's my favourite but I can never eat that again because I was gagging it was so wrong, it Disintegrated in my fingers?????, my emoji is better then the slop she was dishing out....??
First time here and I’m surprised at all the fresh selections they offer on the line
The manager Viviana was extremely rude and I would never go here again simply because of my experience with her this evening. I asked for a quesadilla with steak and fajita veggies which that location as well as several others have always done. She so no that’s not possible and I said I’ll pay extra and she said no you have to pick the steak or the veggies. And I said fine I’ll do a bowl, so she dumped the steak that had been on a tortilla BACK INTO THE POT and then rushed me through my order so I didn’t even remember to put everything I wanted into my bowl. But she probably wouldn’t have let me anyway. WhT happened to customer service and giving the customer what they want? If I’m willing to pay for two things what is the problem?!?! Dumping that steak back into the pot was foul and unsanitary and that’s totally unacceptable.
We wont be back to this location. The employee put next to nothing meat in all of our items. When looking at the trays the meat all looked burnt and dry. Nothing seemed fresh at all. Poor service overall.
Vegan bowl is always good, now they have even more plant based protein options.
To begin the food is always good here. My reason for 3 stars has nothing to do with the food-So my daughter and I were in line which was going very very slow and everyone was a bit inpatient with the speed.The young man in the first position (who placed the bowls and added rice etc) was obviously new but trying very hard and very nice. Rarely did anyone step into 2nd position (to finish the bowls) and help him until the last possible moment leaving him stranded and he was obviously trying his best! So many employees and basically just 1 on the line 80% of the time and the cashier and the end (very nice too btw) helping the actual customersThen a blond girl did step in to help - and that's when it became uncomfortable for us customers to watch.She must have been under pressure or something because rather than showing him in a friendly way "how" she just constantly barked at him pointing out his errors right in front of all of us customers. Poor kid was a nervous wreck, I would be too!! She was condescendingly saying things like "your obviously putting too much rice!!" - "Is this double meat?" (indicating it was too much) and something about tortilla's which I couldn't make out, all with a patronizing tone. Never simply saying just put 1 scoop (or 2 whatever it is) or showing him so he learns for the future ... He was clearly frazzled and embarrassed (making it worse) since it happened in front of all of us!It's like she just came over to power-trip on him rather than promoting productivity and instructing him.Now in all fairness it seemed she might have been under pressure as well (Management pressure? - not sure??). She seemed frustrated and and irritated so I can only guess!Whatever is going on in this location is unknown -The part I don't think would be ok with Chipotle Corporate is that we Customers were made to witness it all first hand!
Well today I went there at 10:30 and the doors were locked there were a bunch of employees inside trying not to make eye contact with the six of us that were waiting they didn’t open the door until 1045 I tried to wave they just turned around put their head down acted like we didn’t exist. Thanks corporate America
Very disappointed. I bought a bowl with a chicken. It was just a few tiny pieces of chicken... I understand that they try to reduce cost by cutting meat but no so much... It is just disrespectful to customers.
