Wow!!! This place is basically hidden but worth the search. 51 years I’ve been around OC and never heard of this place. Thin crust perfection. And the owner is very nice. They are Butter & Cream in the daytime and B+C pizza at night. You’ve got to try this. A last minute pizza need by my house and a Google maps search brought me to this place. I’ll be back once a week for some more thin crust, no grease, artisan greatness.
Simply excellent. The pictures do this place justice and the smell is incredible. As we walked in, a guy walked out with a giant grin, holding a pizza and telling us he travels to different states to try pizza and to get the burrata basil. Pizza was delicious and the owner was really fun to talk to and we learned quite a bit from him. Can’t wait to try the sausage and burrata! Amazing cake pops too that he gave us for free. Will be back soon.
Hands-down the best local pizza spot. Take-out only, organic, crisp/thinner crust and only super fresh ingredients. If you've never tried breakfast pizza, this is a MUST!
As good as it gets round here. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time, without doubt the best I’ve had in Orange County. One man band deserves the love and support he gets.
My son Mike recommended B+C pizza. He said it was one of the best pizzas he had ever had! So I ordered a pie! When I got there, Paul greeted me with a big smile and told me that I order a great pizza. I was about 15 minutes late because of the traffic and Paul said he would reheat it back up in the oven. I ordered the “Meats with Burrata cheese, garlic and some chilies. Wow what a great pizza. The Pizza dough was hand made and very tasty. The burrata cheese was soft and very creamy along with the baked garlic cloves and just the right amount of chilies it had the perfect kick! This was definitely one of the best pizza pies I have ever eaten! Paul is super friendly and let me try one of his cookies! That also was fantastic! I would highly recommend that you try B+C pizza! I am going to be a regular there! The shop is a bakery and the cakes also looked very Unique/beautiful. Because of how good the cookies were I am going to order a cake too. This is a 5 star bakery!
THE best NY style pizza in OC!! Hands down. I moved to CA 2 years ago and thought authentic NY pizza didn’t exist here. It does!We had the Vodka sauce 16” pizza, it was so good. Fresh ricotta, home made vodka sauce .. all on the perfect sourdough crust.Thanks B+C, you guys made our evening.
Believe the hype. Best pizza around, bar none- no contest and worth every penny. It’s a shock to have this quality locally after suffering decades here.Incredibly well crafted dough, very high quality fresh ingredients, and great service. Dude working there is hilarious. Sole bad thing is they’re only open thurs-sun which in reality is probably a lot for all the care that goes into this pizza. Would rather that than the quality suffer.Have recommended this to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Can’t wait til Thursday.
Like everyone else has said here, it’s the best pizza in Orange County!!! Perfect in every way and the cookies are also fantastic. Chewy and delicious! What an absolute gem!!
This is top notch california pizza. For those jersey folks it will satiate your needs after the closing of LaRocca in San Clemente until you get back to nyc. steve
