Tried their salad, frosty, breakfast and chili and the last three are best. A chili with a baked potato, scoop the potato mixed with the chili in the provided cup so it soak up the chili juice, if you lucky, there is a chunk of tomato and it's heaven, especially when it's cloudy and it's a bit chilly, hehe we're in south oc so any temperature less than 70°F is chilly weather in our book.

Great food as always from Wendy's...I understand that you need to train people and not everyone will be the most experienced at any given time however, it was a little torturous to have the girl help us at the register. She was able to take our order even with her language barrier/difficulty which wasn't that bad, heck, I probably wouldn't have mentioned it is it wasn't for that fact she had a greater difficulty counting back the change, and became stumped! Jorge came to her rescue eventually tho... Thanks.

I am a senior and visited this restaurant In Laguna Hills. After searching for fast food restaurants that accept EBT/Food Stamps in my area, the associate that waited on my told me that they do not accept EBT payment. Only one restroom open and there's no sign on the one that's not working so your left to knock on both doors then old guy in one restroom gets mad bc of the knocking on the door.Cold fries and nuggetsGot my order wrongRude employeesSlow serviceTake off your masks and breath them maby u could do it your job

I went there right after they opened. They did'nt have any biscuits. I ordered a sandwich and the potatoes. The potatoes tssted like they were fried in old oil. Couldnt even finish them. I had a to go order so I didnt tske the timr to go back.

When ordering, said I had an app order for free fries. At window, Domenic put out credit card machine, so I put in my card &said I also had app code to scan. He got flustered, said it already ran through & I should have told him that first. I told him I said that when ordering. He said "We'll I didn't take your order!" I said how would I know that. He continued to say I should have told him. I said I didn't know how their system worked. Obviously he wasn't going to correct this, but did say I could use the app next time, to which I said there would not be a next time.It isn't the money; it is the principle of the thing, poor customer service, and the attitude! Domenic - the guy with a heart over his "i"! ? He's not who should be at the window with his poor people skills.
