Japanese Noodles

I'm from Japan and this is my go-to place for whenever I miss authentic Japanese food. The texture and flavour of their soba and tempura are amazing.I saw a couple of comments saying that their soba noodles aren't real because the noodles are white, which is a big misconception. There are many kinds of soba noodles and the white soba noodles are its own craft - they're typically made from the endosperm of buckwheat seeds instead of buckwheat flour and some of the most famous soba places in Tokyo also serve this type of soba.If you want the ultimate experience, I'd recommend getting the cold soba with tempura and then asking for sobayu (hot water that's used when boiling soba - it's common to mix this with the remaining dipping sauce and drink it at the very end of the meal).

An unassuming delight. If you enjoy noodles this is a must try. This starts with the choice of soba or udon in either hot or cold forms. Now pair this with a variety of foods, from fish to tempura, to roasted duck. There's also hotpot if you wish to do a bit of the cooking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would certainly eat here again.

Get screamed at if you want to order from here. Too many questions about their menu will get you nowhere here. Food is not fresh and the miso soup was cold and salty!

The tempura udon was good. Their soba was okay but had a bit of an after taste. The grilled yellowtail was done well. Lots of parking available

This is not soba. It is of a much lower quality than the many stand-up eating soba noodle shops in Japan that cost $2-3. I think it's crazy to sell it for more than $15-16. The quality of service is also the worst I have ever seen in many Japanese restaurants abroad.Don’t go if you want to eat Japanese food, especially Soba.

Pretty authentic and something different than the common sushi place. If you like katsudon, they serve it here.

Soba here is great! The matsu hot pot is really good if you like beef large intestines.

I randomly found this place on google. Me and my husband went there just to try it out. IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. This place is on my rotation list now. We will be regular there.

I had the udon with pork curry cutlet and the wife had hot soba with pork curry cutlet. Both were excellent. I definitely will have the soba noodles next time. The menu had so many items I wanted to try so I'll be back. Staff was excellent and beer was cold.

Great place, great service. Serves the best and freshest Soba in the area. It's a little out of the way, which could be nice. Also, great variety of beer on tap. Free parking available, accepts major credit cards.
