This ruby's is amazing. Everytime they treat me like im at home. They Always get my order perfect and its just very comforting. The server who has been very consistent and always like a top with everyone, and always puts the customer 1st as I have noticed since I come in 4 times a week i see everything,...IS server JOSE GONZALEZ JR. He's the man. Good job taking care of your restaurant.Ps. I typically only review high end resorts, restaurants ,boutiques, clothing stores ect but when I see somebody go out of their way to create amazing customer service I have to give them a shout out. 5☆
We go to the Rubys off El Toro road for breakfast once a month as always have great food and enjoy the employes there. IT'S the best.... Today we had lunch
Terrible service at Laguna Hills diner yesterday. Never going back. Can’t contact corporate. No email & phone out of service. Worst dining experience ever because of incompetent, indifferent staff. Manager (?) clueless.
Stopped by with some friends for a late breakfast/early lunch. Took about 20 minutes before we had our order taken. Ended up ordering a breakfast burrito and a BLTA - both with crispy bacon. Took over 40 minutes to receive our order. Unfortunately, the bacon was far from crispy. Matter of fact, on the BLTA it was so under cooked, it was far from crispy (almost seemed uncooked). Can't possibly recommend this place - most certainly won't be returning.
Ruby's is always a good experience and has very decent diner food. The ambience makes dining a pleasure and the servers are always pleasant. The food is hot and it wasn't crowded and the dishes were prepared well.
Friendly and efficient waiter service also one of my favorite Ruby's Diners as is rarely crowded always enjoy the strawberry milkshakes and all the other flavors.
Ruby's is at the top of our list for breakfast! I especially love it that they give me choices such as Truvia sweetener rather than chemical subs for sugar. They also provided ketchup not made with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). To top it off, they gave me delicious food with good gluten-free options. Yay!!!
My mom and I were wet and cold because of heavy rain so we decided to go to Ruby's to get warmed up. We were seated immediately and we both ordered a hot coffee, and boy did it hit the spot! I had a pattymelt w/a turkey burger and sweet potato fries and my mom ordered the Ruby burger with a turkey burger and she also got sweet potato fries. We both really enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent.
I dig that this location is so open inside but where's the music? Food was fine, you know what you're getting when you go to Ruby's Diner. It's diner food cooked by the latest cook hired to make food per a chain instructions.
Very pleasant and attentive service and the food was great. Somewhat pricey for what you get but an overall good experience.
