A party of 8 took my granddaughter (who had just graduated from Jr High) for a late lunch at the Laguna Hills location today. Our party included 3 adults, 1 teen, a 7&8 yr old, a 2 yr old, and a 1 yr old. It was totally chaotic, but our server, Brianna, was a gem!! We kept her jumping, but she never got frustrated with any of us, and she got our orders perfectly from start to finish! I hope Olive Garden appreciates what a great server she is!!

TLDR This is our second visit and we are still very satisfied with the service and the food. We're generally ok with chain restaurants--not overly excited--but this Olive Garden is an exception.First, the service has been exceptional twice, with different waiters. It seems that there's nothing they won't do to make your experience better. The food is delicious, portioned well, flavorful, and served hot.

Brett G. made our Sunday lunch together very special. We were lucky to be seated quickly in his section on a holiday weekend. Right away he greeted us and let us know that he would be right back with our beverages. When our meals arrived he was patient, making sure we had everything we needed - keeping our soup, salad, and bread replenished even before we remembered to ask him for more. Though the restaurant was very busy, he let us take our time visiting at the table - never rushing us out. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed - a genuine kind and very pleasant guy all around.

We got there about 5 after 3pm and the lunch special was no longer available -- such a bummer. The chicken gnocchi soup was good. The minestrone was alright. The pasta and meat soup was lacking in flavor. The salad was same as always, as were the bread sticks. The service was lacking after our initial waiter had to take a break -- minimal drink refills, minimal food refills for the "never ending" deal, and a lack of attention to our bill needs. It's good to go when it's not busy and no one wants to cook. The meals are always filling with the soup, salad and bread sticks.

Simply one of the best restaurants ever! Great staff, and management too! Very clean, and nice ambiance to the whole place. I usually get the chicken parm and salad and the red sauce is always super and the whole meal as hot as it should be. The place really seems eager to meet your expectations and in my case has exceeded time and again. Well done!

The food at this place is not worth the money that people pay for. The chicken for fettuccine Alfredo is not cooked as it should be and it comes half cooked and you can smell the raw chicken that has left in the refrigerator for some times. I surely believe that if COVID-19, have not made you sick or killed you yet, this food and potential salmonella in raw chicken or half cooked chicken will do the job.In my observation they do not have a professional shef to manage the kitchen at this place. They do not understand the request to grill the chicken best completely. Why you ask? Because there is no gril at this restaurant. The have hot plate or pan to cook the chicken best and yet they did not cooked on both side. That proved the chicken come precooked and the people just warm it up. BE VERY CAREFUL EATING AT THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER OLIVE GARDEN. I have eaten at olive garden from west coast to east coast and they are all having the same problems. By the way Lake proper service is another issue with olive garden.

Don't ask for Carlos because I don't wanna share him. Lol. Really good waiter (kinda hot too!). ? The food is consistent for the most part. They recently remodeled the inside, so it feels new again.

We only eat here when we visit my MIL. Lots of seniors and families. It was extra busy btwn 4-6 pm. Food is meh and overpriced for the quality--average $20 per plate. Menu was way better pre-pandemic. However, service was excellent. Young staff. Our server, Sarah, was friendly, attentive, patient, positive, and knew the menu. Also like the new decor. Tbh, for the price, I would prefer to eat elsewhere.

Always a good time at olive garden. Both of our plates were great and the waiter kept the drinks and bread sticks coming. We've also gotten takeout from this location and it was fast and hot.

Terrible service. Food wasn’t warm, they didn’t ask for refills for bread and drinks. Wasn’t worth whatever we owe. The cups were filthy on the outside, and they left a cart full of dirty food here ever since we sat down here 50 minutes ago. We won’t be back.
