I love it here! Small little Italian place. Owner operated. Everything is obviously made from scratch with fresh ingredients and fresh products. Reminds me of home on the East Coast. Great food! Adorable place! Great staff! Immaculately clean! Lunch or dinner - sandwiches are GREAT, awesome panini, killer salads, great pasta. I shouldn’t write this review because I don’t need more competition for my favorite little table for two in the corner! Owner’s name is Michelle - what a sweet human being. Bought some of the “Forbidden Superfoods” bites and “Mangi Con Amore” biscotti and pasta sauce she makes from scratch - TO DIE FOR! See you there. Did I mention that I love it here?
All I can say is that I'm a huge fan of their elote dog!! haven't tried anything else on the menu but I'm sure if it's as anything is good as that it's worth an order. it's one of my favorite places to go when you just want to have a nice cheat day and enjoy a hotdog and beer. One of the great touches is there array of hot sauces, if you like different spice levels.

Don't be fooled by the location. This place makes everything from scratch using fresh ingredients from local farmer's markets. I just had the best lasagna of my life without having to pay upscale dining prices. You need to try this, and then make it your go-to Italian takeout. My only regret is that I'm only visiting the area and don't have this good of Italian food back in the SF Bay Area.
This is one of the most wonderful restaurants in the world!!! Stella and Victor are the best hosts... love them. Stella is a fantastic cook and prepares authentic and delicious meals from her home of Bologna, Italia. In a sea of generic restaurants in OC, Mangi Con Amore stands out as a real gem. Nothing fake, all real, natural, home cooked meals... made with LOVE! Hard to pick a favorite... love the lasagne, eggplant parmigiana, butternut squash ravioli, mushroom ravioli, asparagus ravioli, the salads, tiramisu, cucidati, biscotti... and her pesto, special salt, and incredible olive oil. This is a small place where you can eat inside or out, pick up food to bring home, and (like we do) take home frozen meals to have on hand. Whenever we eat her food at home, I say "thank you Stella!". If you want a warm, unpretentious, quality experience... visit Mangi Con Amore! xo!

Finally made it to this little gem.Enjoyed their Italian Classic sub.It’s was delicious. Their pasta offerings look tasty - will be back.Friendly staff.Highly recommend.
The cutest, tastiest, and most unique Italian joint in town is this one. Try their turkey panini. It is bursting with flavor...mmm. so delicious ? eat here. PLEASE, don't miss out!
Omg! DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE ! The food is amazing! The atmosphere is inviting and the owners are terrific ! The eggplant is to die for ! And the meat lasagna is so insanely good you’ll want to order 2. This is our new favorite authentic Italian restaurant NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. You will never find food like this unless your in Italy. Owner is CHEAP. I asked for their 1 slice pesto bread appetizer that they always give. He told me just told another customer too, due to Covid they stopped it. I told him, this is June 2021, indoor dining has opened up, Covid’s over. He said his chef has to touch it, I told him your chef is touching my food. He knew he got caught, too CHEAP, not going back !!!!!
